Google Maps shows a vacant lot on the street where I grew up where a house burned down in the early 80s Apple Maps shows a new house that was built on that lot Street View shows the vacant lot Does this mean that Street View uses Google Maps and not Apple Maps I opened Street View independently of Maps How does one open it from within Maps Launch from Maps

Waste of money marketed as companion to new Apple Maps app but does not tie into it and simply uses similar user interface of previous app ie curled R lower paper border but the street view functionality is clunky advances poorly when one tries to move down a street and does not spot advance when one taps further up a road like the current Google Maps though it does use its current graphics If u like Apple Maps current TomTompowered user interfacegraphics which is crisper and more intuitive than Googles in my opinion then use it and go to the Google Maps App for Street View or when Apple Maps is wrong about an address or phone number which it still occasionally is I rarely write a bad review but here I really do feel like Ive been cheated BS

This app provides a superior interface to Google Street View Heres what I like The images are large and very high resolution You can zoom in and see great detail You can see your dropped pin when in Street View In Street View there is a small navigation window which shows what direction youre facing and your field of view When you leave Street View your location on the map is where you were when you stopped navigating in Street View Drawbacks You cant seem to search on business names It crashes but very rarely Excellent Street View Interface
Outdoor resolution is great Indoor resolution of smaller things requiring very high resolution like paintings not so good but maybe theyd be better on a different screen I used an iPod touch But indoor resolution of room and objects in the room at Everest monastery was like I was there Looking forward to increasing technology as Im disabled and cannot travel VERY GOOD

Nothing that I didnt already have with maps and TomTom I doubt if I will ever use it I cant find any info about how to remove a pin I cant recommend it JR
Its pretty nifty Except for the hard crash The app doesnt just crash the iPad does black screen silver Apple icon relogin everything Happened twice in 5 minutes If they get that resolved its a 5 star app filling a distinct need Works then crashes HARD
Best street view app Ive found so far Resolution of street views are better than Googles User interface is great Ties in with apples map application That part is a little clunky but it works app still gets five stars Wow
If you are looking for Street View on the iPhone this app is PERFECT The real beauty of this app is how it works with the Maps app on the iPhone I keep all my Map locations and GPS points in Maps then I am able to go into Streets and look at the full screen street view It is wonderful I have not had a problems with the app and it works flawlessly with Maps The street view also allows you to follow the street by pressing on the street view arrows So far there is no difference between Streets and Google Maps Caver Jim

I thought this would simply add the street view functionality to Apple Map but it completely replaces It with Google Maps functionality When you attempt turn by turn navigation on Apple Maps it defaults to Google Maps Save your money and simple use the Google maps App Takes over the Apple map app completely
There are times when the app isnt sure to which location one is referring For some reason they still havent fixed the bug that results in the app asking you Did you mean and then nothing comes up Did you mean

This is an outstanding app Works great on iPad Mini Mini w Retina and iPhone 5 Integrates well with Apple maps This is not some clumsy addon It operates and feels like its baked right in to IOS Outstanding
Unfortunately this application is tied to the bus routing in Apple Maps So this blocks those of us that use the bus from using the Apple Maps bus routing Also my current location is wrongly detected and there is no simple way to correct on the map Even if I enter an address it is not correctly located And the Street View shows I am 1 street away from the correct street Unfortunately their Facebook page shows to write a post but only the companys comments are shown not good for the consumer to find out the truth about the product This may have value in the future But it does not work for me now Please work on your application Still Needs Lots of Work
the street views are not as user friendly as you cannot turn the street view to different directions to view from all angles with just a swipe of the finger and not as many street views are available as with google maps it was a disappointment I will try to get google maps back now that Ive updated to ios621 not as good as google maps was on ios 5

I have used this app extensively the past two days and I must say that the interfaces are just beautiful and easy to use This app has surpassed all my expectations that I had for an app that stitches into Maps and gives a street view I believe you have a winning product and I would have paid twice as much for it Ram
This is by far the best 3D maps app I have downloaded A bit ago I discovered that on google GPS maps you could look inside certain buildings and immediately got hooked Now not everything of course is uploaded but still a fair deal of a few museums and such But unlike many other apps this app will allow you to browse by floor One thing that is annoying is you cant drag the figure to a dot in the map but this method they have is actually easier One other drawback is that you really need to zoom in deep to see all the available dots But probably by far the best nongaming app I downloaded since Dolphin WARNING Highly addictive
App crashes a lot when trying to navigate in the app and when trying to go from portrait to landscape mode When using the Where To app with this app sometime it does not load the street view picture App Is Unstable

So far the only street view is from Google This app does a good job of bringing this perspective to iOS and Apple Maps At least when you figure out how to link to the program from Apple Maps The app is really interesting and fun to explore I like this app and look forward to the day when Apple brings back Quicktime VR merges that into Maps I cant wait to see what this app will be able to do with that What happened to quicktime VR

Minus navigation this app is now essentially Google Maps for iPad You get a large screen view with live traffic and street view with turnable tiltable Google satellite imagery Amazing app Its the Missing Google Maps app
