Basically useless you get the same result from just googling warmup it d be great if she actually did the warmup in the video as in had the video run for the time you re meant to do it and tell you when to switch sides but as it is it spends 15 sec per exercise telling you jogging is a good warmup which unless you re very very new to working out and haven t discovered google you already knew     Good idea but Cordelia25
