Unfortunately if you are actually trying to learn the correct term for these common words youre out of luck Not created by someone familiar with Icelandic Not accurate

Very disappointed in this app Been learning Icelandic and have been going to classes in Iceland Thought this would be a good app when I just want to learn extra words but most words is the same in Icelandic than it is in English Which is obviously not right Same spelling Elephant in Icelandic is definitely not elephant This is with about 50 of the word Adding að to a english word also doesnt make it icelandic For people brand new to this language dont waste your time with this app It will just confuse you Lazy translations

I speak icelandic at an intermediate level and wanted an app I could use to improve my vocabulary on the way to work or at lunch I could tell right away that whoever put this together does not speak a word of the language the translations are all wrong Often the supposed icelandic phrase even has English words in it Probably the translations were pulled from google translate or some similar app without any validation Do not buy Vocab is all wrong
