Sugar Mobile

I was expecting to at least see my calendar and open tasks When I view meetings it presents them in some random order and mixes old closed ones in with the future ones If it did a simple datetime sort and opened to the current date it would be useful but instead its useless     SugarCRM is Great but this app is nearly useless

Please create an app that lets you upload contacts from the iphone to sugar crm That way we do not always have to logon to pc to input Will save us so much time Do this and we will all be happy customers Thanks C           Please read sugar

Why not let your CE users contribute Id gladly pay for the app Im sure the CE base out numbers the Pro and Enterprise base 50 to 1 Dont be short sighted reevaluate your strategy     No CE

Finally a true iPhone app for SugarCRM from SugarCRM Its fantastic too This is a must have if you are a SugarCRM user                 Must have for SugarCRM users

I love how clicking on a phone number allows you to log the phone call in Sugar Great first version Looking forward to the next update                 Awesome app

This app is pretty good and it is quick The people who rated it poorly because it doesnt work with CE should read the description before rating We use professional by the way              Pretty good

Yep still broken Cannot get past loading Teams dont even see a teams feature in the UI of my SugarCRM instance So much potential so much failure Sigh     You get what you pay for unfortunately

So buggy that I cant even move around in the app enough to really start using it completely        Extremely buggy and therefore unreliable

Very disappointing app as you cannot even sort accounts or contacts alphabetically making it very difficult to find what you are looking for Also you cant view the contacts associated with each accounts on this app Please fix these things to bring you up to the Salesforce level Id be willing to pay for it even if it was a quality app     Limited Functionality

I love the new Sugar 6 look and features and now its even easier to access information anytime anywhere                 Sugar Made CRM Even Easier

This app would be boss if it gave you the option to attach pictures in field activities as well give you the option to create a field activity with current accounts Fix those things and you get 4 stars           Could be a lot better

Compared to similar iPhone apps from Oracle crm on demand and Salesforce this product is really lacking Cannot check historic notes tasks etc of contacts or companies Cannot look up company and see all associated contacts cannot view calendar etc Almost no benefit of this app        Very limited usability

Granted the app does work but its missing certain functionality that would almost seem like to no brainer to include at launch My biggest problem with this app is that you cant associate Tasks with contacts and Accounts The app has a lot of potential but is in need of a serious update Please work on this devs Were paying a lot of money for the service Using Professional        Works but Extremely Limited Needs Update

Doesnt work with CE     No CE

For the past month everything I try to save an opportunity after editing it it gets stuck saving and I have to shut if down Only good for seeing info so virtually useless        Not able to edit

This version will not allow you to get past Loading Teams Do not update to 1 SugarCRM Support stated that they thought this was resolved and reopened the case     Major Bug

Last release update was over 9 months ago That should say something        Limited Features minimalistic but stable

Finally Ive been waiting for Sugar to release an iphone app forever Great first version easy and quick access to all modules including custom modules as well Also really easy to customize all layouts through studio Looking forward to what Sugar may release in the future keep up the good work really destroys the current mobile web access              Great First Sugar App

The app looks great and I love sugar Unfortunately I cannot use the app because we dont subscribe to the Enterprise version We do subscribe to the still pricey Professional version but apparently thats not good enough Let me make this clear I will NEVER upgrade to the ridiculously priced Enterprise service just to get an iPhoneiPad app BUT I definitely would consider switching to an entirely different CRM company at a similar or cheaper price point BECAUSE they think enough of by business to provide me an iPhoneiPad app to access my account with HELLO SUGAR if you are listening and you actually want subscribers then you need to make this app available more widely Its a new world These days apps are very often the way we actually FIND services that we want to use ONLY then after we like the services do we consider upgrading to higher classes of service I have a number of services that I subscribe to which I actually found only because of the app they provided Wake up and smell the new marketing world before you miss the boat PS I still love sugar and it is generally a great system this particular boneheaded move not withstanding     Wake up Sugar and let other subscribers in

I love this application as it allows me to quickly and easily findview and edit all my records within Sugar It even supports custom modules which is a huge plus Looking forward to future updates as well as Im sure Sugar will do an awesome job with this app Keep up the good work                 Love It

Is because the developer inflated the ratings by using apple promos unless of course there truly are itune users named sugar lover and sugarcrm1 that gave 5 star reviews on app launch date in which case i apologize Business practices aside its below mediocre nothing special no access to document module and yes i am a business user not cetheres just not much to it unless you want to lookup contact information or if your company does not have an exchange server or other web services in tandem     Only reason this app has five star reviews

I gladly downloaded this when it hit the App Store Finally real access to our Sugar data when I need it But sadly I could not get it to work Originally wasnt sure if it was because we needed to update our Sugar Professional or because Sugar wanted to extract more money from us with a subscription or something So after we updated I thought Id try it again But I can not get valid login data entered to try and login Turns out this is just wasting my time Ill keep on the lookout for a App with a reasonable 1time cost that will access our Sugar data Meanwhile this gets deleted and Im also on the lookout for a CRM lets us access our data the way we want too     Finally I can access Sugar when I need it No wait a minute

So far so good                 Love custom module access

This app allows me to look up my accounts contacts most recently viewed items and much more Great app when Im out in the field                 Great App
