My game freezes at 22 level I tried to get app support but its all in Chinese or Japanese Help Super Jewels Freezes

The game freezes time after time in level 5 I spend money on coins and options then it freezes and I have to go to main menu which ultimately puts me back a level The app help is in a foreign language which is no help at all Its just throwing my money away Very aggravating and frustrating Super Jewels
