This is my new favorite iPad game The visuals are great and the splitscreen mode is awesome Im having a blast playing it with my friends And because you can set the quarter length its perfect for those times while waiting on your food at the resteraunt I dont know it just hast that X factor where you find yourself shouting and laughing while playing I also like how its kind of the AntiMadden game Im hoping for a league mode but even without that its still an AMAZING deal Especially now with the sale price Get it now you wont be disappointed Love this game

Great art and graphics great style and sound this game has it all except gameplay All you do is call your play shotgun every time for a sure touchdown and occasionally tap to keep your guy running in the right direction When on defense you literally do nothing at all but wait and have zero influence after calling the play They need to make this way more interactive Even if its just adding the ability to tap direct any selected player on your team As it stands its barely worth the 99cent sale price and definitely not a penny more Wasted potential
What a wonderful game drenched in nostalgia This game utilizes the ipad to its fullest potential and delvers a nostalgic fun experience This is not Madden obviously but very very cool in its own way This game is brilliant
Its a great game It almost compares to angry birds but I would like to see some sort of story mode and something else to do on defense besides watch your players slide around aimlessly Good buy
I think the game falls flat when you play defense Theres really not much to do Some other issues are annoying such as receivers will try to pass when you want to nudge them Or the quarter end will end a play in progress All in all I just cant recommend the game Maybe fun for those who had the original
Super Shock HD could have easily been given 5 stars if it were not for its constant crashing and apparent few bug fixes I gave the game 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 only because it does allow a person to start where the game was left preserving your game despite the crashes It is my sincere hope that the authors work hard to fix the constant crashing because this is truly an entertaining game when it is running Almost but not quite
Game definitely brings back old memories And plays much like the real thing As far as reviews that say its easy to make touchdowns or theres nothing to do on defense Well Thats kinda how the real game was back in the day as well Things werent too much advanced then Lol Anyway My only issues is that in 2 player mode you cant pick plays Every time you go to the play option screen as player 2 the game freezes Hopefully an update will come out soon to fix this 2 player mode glitch
This game has 5 star graphics and sound great graphics design and good concept The way you can change the angle of the viewing by tilting the pad is cool Unfortunately after 3 games you dont see a reason to play it again unless you want to show it to someone for the first time The game play is way to much Heres me making 1 passTOUCHDOWN Heres the kickoffTOUCHDOWN Im getting the ball back make a passTOUCHDOWN Its frustratingly boring I wish Id paid the iphone price instead of the ipad I think this will get me to stop buying more ipad games with jacked up prices and wait for the inevitable price wars I reeeealy want to like this more than I do
If you have ever played and enjoyed one of these classic football tables you should really enjoy this blast from the past Very well implemented and uncomplicated gameplay mechanics come together for a really unique game on the iPad Well done Shockingly Cool
I payed money and it wont let me play it freezes on the play selection Makes me mad
If this game let you play a 16 game season with playoffs and season stats it would be 5 stars Without just 23 stars Game could be great and still can be but needs some bells and whistles NO SEASON MODE
Its a fun game but not something I play a lot If you got the extra cash get it Fun game
