Susquehanna Bank Mobile Deposit

The status of deposits never changes from Received They assign a cryptic username thats different from youre online bank login If you go over the meager limit they do not allow you to retry the deposit you must take it into a branch Ill give it a 2nd star because once you know these deficiencies and others you can generally can most checks to deposit although you have to go through a web browser to verify        Poorly Designed Written

Does exactly what its supposed to The bad reviews all sound like user error I havent had to step foot in the bank since this app was released                 Perfect

This app work with iOS 8 but barely They should integrate into the main banking app Now that iOS 8 is out you must fight with the app to get it to work Please update and fix the problems Susquehanna        Convenient but needs work

I unfortunately have not been able to complete a deposit with this app Perhaps my endorsement isnt legible Followed exactly as described in user agreement but get an error message that app cant find endorsement        Cant get it to work

Made a deposit 48 hours ago bank has no record of receiving it     Not so good

They need to combine this app with there mobile banking app Also I need a different user ID and password from my mobile banking app which is stupid     Please combine with mobile banking

Will not accept the photo of the check After numerous tries I gave up and mobile deposited it in my other bank account with no problem on first try     Total waste of time

The app works fine and for that I would rate 3 stars The app is very basic and could easily be added to the main banking app This would be a very nice upgrade and allow all features in one app The shortcomings of the mobile banking app is another issue that needs to be addressed One thing I dont like is that as of now u havent figured out how to set up more than one account I would like to be able to deposit to checking and savings but am limited to my checking for now This requires me to use the mobile banking app to complete a transfer from one account to another The bank is a wonderful bank but the mobile banking app has a much to be desired to catch up to other mobile banking apps I have used Go ahead and download the app Although it is not the best it works Hope others share their opinions and ideas to help Hope Susquahanna listens and uses our feedback to improve the app My local branch has a group of amazing people and Im so glad I switched banks from Bank of America BUT the the mobile banking app is very depressing I would like to see a few major items added but will keep that list for the mobile banking app review           Works but needs an upgrade

This app is WONDERFUL easy to use and to navigate It takes me about 20 seconds to cash a check Would recommend to anyone                 Incredible app for cashing checks

Logged in tried to make a deposit and the app froze up on me three different times Very disappointing     Dont expect much

This app is terrible hasnt been updated in almost two years and that needs to be addressed No actual way to reset your password if you forget     Bogus App

I only kept my account with Susquehanna after I moved because of this app Tried it twice twice it hasnt worked Make 1 mistake and its over You cant try again Kind of disappointing     So frustrating

They assign you a difficult to remember username and you do not have the option to change it Furthermore if you forget your username or password there is no way to retrieve it or reset it within the app You must call customer service go through the automated menu and then wait on hold until someone can help you     Frustrating

Application leaves no room for error Make one small mistake and the bank will reject your deposit Once rejected you must go into the bank in person to make deposit You cannot retake the photo Defeats the purpose of a mobile deposit Needs major overhaul Very disappointed in app     Horrible app dont waste time
