The past 5 years I ve purchased nearly every new security camera that s come on the market 6 different brands all running ay the same time on separate properties All have pros and cons but for the quality engineering performance reliability and more the Swann system is the most reliable and the best security system enhancer for your investment dollar that my money has found It s not the cheapest but it is the best value If you have a 50 00 family get a 50 00 video system                     I have them all T Square 1

Purchased a camera system through Sams Club and come to find out after it s all installed that Swann has no App to support my system on an iPhone 400 dollars and I can t view the videos on any of my apple devices even though box shows Apple support Ridiculous and very upsetting     No App Support Lb izl

Overall the app is pretty good but I tried to save the videos to my device or even email them to myself however it would not let me save the videos I m not sure what they want me to do pay more Rating this two star s because videos are no good unless you can save them         Good view but cannot save video Owe812

Took a while to update cameras but everything finally came back online P T works ok now but it didn t at first Problem I have now is with the stored events Wiped out all events during update but I was ok with that I can go in and view events but after I close the app and go back in all the events are gone Also if you pull down on the screen to refresh it deletes all the events for the day When I go back to the home screen it still shows I have 89 events but on the event screen it shows event list is empty Still needs some work Hope another update comes out soon Oh and Swann the phone notifications alerts still DO NOT WORK Between the 2 of us we ve had 4 different iPhones over the last couple of years and the notification has NEVER worked on any of the phones Please fix UPDATE Still having the same problems described above Also appears to only be saving events when my phone is connected to my home wifi Didn t open the app all day until after I got home Only events for today were the events that happened after I got home Even the events from this morning before I left were gone Don t know for sure what s going on The events that happen when I m gone are the ones I most want to see Logged on through my laptop and it DOES show the events that happened throughout the day So they just don t show up through the phone app I rarely log in through my computer Much easier to use the phone app Hope they fix this soon as well Overall I m still pleased with my Swann camera system They just need to fix all the things they screwed up with the latest update                 Still needs some work Jcee711

Works great for me I am able to monitor events and live feedback even when I am overseas The alerts have been timely and handy My camera firmware version is 2 1 9 and I m pretty sure I have the latest update of this software because of the automatic update feature I plan to add another camera in the near future                 Still Satisfied BrightStar55
