The swannView Plus HD is now available as a free download on Apple Store for iPad owners. The application is available in multiple languages: English, Simplified Chinese. It weighs in at only 20.7 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version V3.00.02 build20130625 has been released on 2014-11-25. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Works fine on iPad air 2 all cameras are listed for the device but it does not work at all on iPhone 5s I can add the device but then it won t stream anything It also will not allow me to add cameras to the DVR Please do another update Annoying UPDATED 12 28 17 Got a brand new iPhone 8 Plus and it STILL doesn t work Getting error code 90 The uid info is he same as on iPad Air 2 except for Camera which iPhone app lists as 1 and iPad lists as 8 with no way to change that Update needed badly     Can t get it to work on iPhone 5s LadyPzaz

I have had an 8 channel nvr for about a year The recorder stopped overwriting and was full Support walked me through several attempted fixes and when they determined they also could not correct the problem they mailed me a new recorder I re connected everything and it is working great                     Good support Painlessone

Before the recent update to work with iOS 11 with my 4 cameras I was only getting a snapshot every 2 seconds Now they stream in real time so great job on the update I will give it 4 stars because the reviewing the recorded is still not perfect but it works                 New update works great Wildz1970

Absolutely loved this app until everything failed with iOS 11 I am unable to use our system at home and at the businesses as all of our DVR systems are accessed purely through iPads You must have known iOS 11 was coming looks like we will be going back to REVO which does work Incidentally their app support link on the App Store pulls up a page error Stellar     iOS 11 fail Zimdude

We bought our system in July of 16 from Best Buy In February of 17 the play back feature stoped working We called swan 3 times before taking out the system completely for a warranty exchange When we got our exchange their where parts missing so they had to send those separate We are now monitored by a professional security company and will be selling this old swann system to get some money back Finally unless you buy the system straight from swan they will not give a full refund     Bad system bad app customer service is ok Camman77

I contacted a local professional company to install a similar system and 4 cameras would ve cost me 1800 plus a 49 a month subscription I found a SwannView 8 camera system that I was able to set up myself and no subscription required All for about 400 Can t beat it Excellent quality just what I needed                     Just what I needed CurtisHarrison

I have had 18 cameras here at home for over a year now and I am very pleased with the system I bought online through Costco I had one camera fail and Swann shipped a replacement The customer service folks sound like they are from India and they are hard to understand at times but have always been knowledgeable and helpful I made many calls to them when initially setting up the system I just bought this IPad and got the settings info from a similar App already running on my iPhone Works great                     Works fine on IPad Air 2 with IOS 8 Greg Porter, Mesa Az

If it s not too late return your system and purchase any other brands Yes you can see your live camera views unfortunately that is about all that works usually In fact this app is the best working part of the Swann system Like when my catalytic converter was stolen and the only way to give footage to the PD was screen shots from my laptop because nothing else worked without crashing the system Thanks Swann         App works fine but system is crap Themissingcard
