By popular demand, now you can sync all you data from Apple Health to Fitbit. Important Fitbit only allows logging Heart Rate and Blood Pressure in accounts created on or before September 28, 2014. See ...
Will not sync App crashes when I try to It worked the first two or three days but not since then FYI when syncing Apple Watch data each set of steps recorded shows up in Fitbit as an independent walking workout which is strange Doesn t work crzydzy07
I haven t been syncing it in awhile but I tried today and it doesn t want to It used to work but doesn t anymore Update I still amy not super happy with the app but I deleted and rebooted and it started working again It did work MarMar03
This is straight from a lengthy chat with Fitbit Support They were nice enough but were very clear that you will NOT see Steps data unless you buy one of their device or use your iPhone as your only tracker writing data directly into Health inadvisable if you re swimming or don t want to live sleep with your phone on your body Even though Fitbit s Exercise tile shows it s getting duration and distance data from Health and using that to calculate calories burned and although you give Fitbit your walking running stride measurements during setup they say it will still NEVER use that data to calculate Steps The same seems to go for Sleep even if you approve all the correct read write Privacy Settings for these types of data without a Fitbit device you CANNOT include those stats in your tiles Dashboard Fitbit will function merely as a weight loss food water calories consumed burned tracker not fitness activity nor sleep which is what I care about I see this more a defect in their app and not Sync Solver which appears to be doing what it should but still I wasted 3 on this app For me it s back to Jawbone s purple icon UP app tedious and limited after years of use but the only one I ve found that reads charts my Steps Sleep as well as Weight data to from Health accurately most days without undue fuss setup or other apps like this one No Steps Sleep in Fitbit aagg03
Worked for about two weeks and just stopped Doesn t work collegegirl2031
Doesn t track steps as steps Pointless Garbage Angel3609
It never updated my steps Save your money It s crap THIS AP DEFINITELY DOES NOT WORK gmason
It was a waste of money uninstalling Disappointed Mama1984(boy mom)
How can I get my money back This app doesn t do anything really I can t compete with my Fitbit friends because it doesn t record real steps The app doesn t work Don t waste your money Waste of money I want a refund Alportugal
The difference in steps between the iwatch count and what moves to the Fitbit app is not small the closest it has gotten is 2500 steps difference Not worth the cost of the app It doesn t work Takemepic
Application goes to the Fitbit login screen after authenticating nothing happens Don t waste your money on this app It is clear that they have not done any updates to it Doesnt work Chris g43
It worked poorly at best Now with no updates or support it does not work Will NOT sync No Longer Working rbyrd29
Disappointed Moved from Fitbit to Apple watch and thought this app would transfer all data but it doesn t Believe that Fitbit themselves removed functionality API for certain features to be synced That just means no more Fitbit app for it Sad to see you go One star due to it not working as expected He app owner should make these disclaimer beforehand in app details not in revision history Not worth it save you 2 99 Hopefully Apple refunds me Dont bother with this app blklnamru
It doesn t always sync my data when I manually sync it It also never syncs throughout the day like it says at the bottom of the app Lately it just crashes and syncs less than 10 of the time Don t waist your money This app s quality just keeps going down hill Sometimes works iheefz
In terms of app development this is super simple and intuitive It s a breeze to connect and sync and I appreciate that For the cost it s absolutely not worth it and I say that because you do not really get anything out of it FOR CLARITY when you sync with Sync Solver it syncs an hourly exercise to Fitbit that counts toward your total step count and daily exercise goal It DOES NOT apply steps to your friend feed or group challenges In summary you pay 3 for your step count to be visible in the Fitbit app Synced steps DO NOT count toward badged either If you re looking to keep up with the social component of Fitbit this does not happen That s a Fitbit API restriction that no one but Fitbit has control over Intuitive Not worth the cost HeavenHillHammock
This app does not add your steps to the weekly total so if that is the reason to download it like it was for me then save your money because this is not the solution Not what you need it to do jim923
It s Oct 29 2017 i have my iPhone Fitbit app Apple Watch and sync solver app set as directed Steps do transfer to the Fitbit app but they do not show up in your dashboard or against your name on the league table with your friends I have no idea why this app is still allowed to be sold on the App Store it cannot work as Fitbit have restricted their app so much that syncing with it is pointless Don t waste your time and money on this and sync Solver shame on you you have known this since 2015 and you still take people s money for this useless app No it does NOT transfer your steps to Fitbit in a way you can compare with your friends KelticBill
To start I purchased this app to take data from my Apple Watch and send it to my FitBit account I bought it because of this claim on their website Due to the way the Fitbit API works you cannot merge steps from your thirdparty step counter and your Fitbit device See Why does it overwrite the steps on my Fitbit Dashboard If you want to sync steps from your iPhone into Fitbit we recommend that you use Mobile Track See Why do my steps not count towards challenges This is inaccurate and I am requesting a refund All you have to do to get data from your Apple Watch or iPhone Health app is to remove your current FitBit device from your FitBit account and add your iPhone Simple and free Not needed and claims are inaccurate
My steps on Health never match in Fitbit Disappointing to pay for something that does not work Does not work
This really works well I bought an Apple Watch and now use that as my primary step counter I still use my Fitbit for sleep I decided to quite carrying my Fitbit around after I almost lost it Im fine with the step time resolution Is there any way that floors could be added Works well
I have had this app for about a month and a half For the first 2 weeks or so I was so excited about this app that I would open it and manually sync my apple watch to Fitbit According to the FAQ this app will not automatically sync when the phone is locked However it has been a month since my last manual sync and my background sync is turned on and set to the default Balanced Most of the time when manually syncing I get an error that says Health app timed out and to restart my phone which doesnt help Other times I get Nothing to Sync The dates also increase to show that I synced recently but Fitbit shows no data After much research I am assuming that my data does sync once an hour There is a limit on the amount of data the Fitbit API will allow but instead of a user friendly message saying Try back in an hour to continue syncing we get the Nothing to Sync which makes us think the app is broken I deleted the app from my phone redownloaded it and synced again and now it is actually syncing the last 4 days that I have not worn my Fitbit I have also set up the Aggressive background syncing in hopes that this might actually work Please fix the background sync and give better User Error Messages to indicate issues with Apples sync process or Fitbits API Works sometimes
Enkelt og nemt Dejligt at se at når Fitbit ikke vil lukke døren op så gør andre det for dem Flot Gør præcis det den lover
I can finally sync my steps from my iPhone to my Fitbit account which is great Its a shame that heart rate was dropped but that was Fitbits decision unfortunately All around great work App works exactly as advertised Works as advertised
Fitbit only allows thirdparty apps to record steps as activities at this time Should be in app description Steps to activities only
It is great so I do not loose being part of challenges Awesome App
Did a great job Works Great
Does not sync Apple watch steps to Fitbit challenges The app works occasionally and by occasionally I mean maybe twice in 6 months I purchased the app because I wanted to compete against my friends in FitBit challenges but it wouldnt work It rarely synced correctly It turned out to be a blessing because health and exercise is about much more than steps Does not work Dont waste the money
Says that it synced but nothing shows up in the Fitbit app Doesnt work
Its a shame that apple and Fitbit dont work together so thank God for this app Great app
Perfect solution when youve had a Fitbit and now youve switched to the Apple Watch AWESOME
It did sync my health to my fitbit account but is missing steps My Fitbit account shows about 1000 less steps in it than my Health app and my sync is supposedly current Works okay
Well app does sync data but is always 200600 steps off I was hoping this would bridge the gap between my AppleWatch and Fitbit friends Well
It says it syncs but nothing shows up on Fitbit app or website Ive had Fitbit since the beginning so it should log steps heart rate etc dunno Syncs but nothin
I had an issue when I first synced this app but was able to solve the problem with the FAQ and by emailing the developer who was extremely responsive It works great now and am happy with the purchase Terrific app with top notch support
but it does sync manually by opening the app and choosing sync now the last reported sync date is always many days in the past does not sync automatically
Pushed all my Health data to Fitbit totally worth the price Works perfectly as described
It doesnt sync Even after it says sync complete and successful it does not show up on Fitbit app or site Doesnt work Wasted money
I downloaded this so I could compete with my friends My Fitbit died and I have an Apple watch so I decided to try this to see if it would work It syncs and I can see it on the Fitbit page but cant see it in the app at all Doesnt allow for workweek hustle competitions
Im glad I can join the Fitbit community with my Apple Health data Cool app
I wanted an app the syncs Health app data to Fitbit The steps show up in the Fitbit app do not match the steps in Activity or Health apps Great idea nice layout but instead of this app you should setup your iPhone to track steps instead I understand all the Fitbit API limitations the data does not match Not as expected
I was bummed I forgot to wear my Fitbit to work Im new to the apple watch features so I was really happy I could take the steps info and transfer it to my Fitbit app easily and quickly Took about 30 seconds to setup Thanks Worked perfectly and setup easily
Paid three dollars for this app and it does nothing Doesnt sync my steps from health to Fitbit absolutely useless What a rip off I want a refund
Works great Works great
Everything worked flawlessly Nice quick setup
Good app Works most of the time
Since getting my Apple Watch I have wanted an easy way to sync my steps this app is just what I was looking for Works great
App hangs on iOS 9 Beta Looking forward to improving rating once the app is iOS 9 compatible Hopeful
Great app It took me a few minutes to figure out how to make it work hint read the FAQs The SUPPORT was phenomenal Quick accurate responses They were more than willing to help Its now functioning accurately syncing exactly as it should Great easy to use app Id buy it again in a heartbeat Works as advertised
I have both Sync Solver apps and I couldnt be happier They are exactly what I needed and what I expected of them Accurate info every time Sync time is quick and its my number one app to go to going back and forth from my watch to my flex A bit disappointed that the flex company had decided to pulled the heart rate Oh well I love me my Sync Solver apps Getting ready for iOS 9 awesomethank you Works perfectly for me
It works Hoping Fitbit will make a full commitment at some point Brilliant workaround though Nice work around
Outstanding functionality and good directions for a somewhat complex set of transactions Sync solver
If you need Fitbit to satisfy your insurance company but want an Apple Watch this app is the way to go Best of all worlds
This is exactly what I needed to sync the heart rate from my Apple Watch to my Fitbit dashboard The latest version allows for sleep analysis syncing too Great app Apple Watch
I dont have a real Fitbit but it should pick up my steps from Apple health Steps recorded from my Apple Watch are not showing up in Fitbit Steps recorded from third party app did not count toward challenges and Fitbit I wish I knew this before I bought this app Disappointed
I recently got an Apple Watch but wanted to continue updating my FitBit app so I could compete with my friends It does sync and send info from the watch to the app on my iPhone it just doesnt do so accurately At this moment in the morning 913am my Apple Watch says Ive taken 388 steps while the Fitbit app says Ive taken 202 steps Thats almost double Thats really bad and its very disappointing Im not happy about that If this gets fixed Im happy to update this review Disparity between Apple Watch numbers and Fitbit numbers
Paid a 199 for another sync solver that does not work Does not track heart rate
Its day 3 and still hasnt synced anything It tells me sync complete every time I try only to find out it lied when I go to the Fitbit app Doesnt Work
I was really hopeful this would work but no such luck It tells me it synced but it didnt So sad
Fitbit doesnt really read the steps from the apple watch Its a big mess trust me I looked everywhere to try and figure out how to show the steps on Fitbit Its easier and less stressful of you sync Fitbit data to Apple Health Its a waste of money And a headache and disappoint me Its better and easier to use other Fitbit Apple Health
If I dont carry my Fitbit I could use this device to upload Apple Health data to my Fitbit account The problem is that the app doesnt obtain your consent prior to acting So for example I wanted to upload steps from today into Fitbit The app decided on its own to upload data from yesterday which was appended to my Fitbit data skewing the accuracy by doubling the step count Had the tool confirmed the action and obtained my consent concerning the scope of the import this issue would not have occurred Given the above I can only recommend this app if you have NO Fitbit devices This app is a poor too that could be fixed
So glad that this syncs with my watch Really hope to see it include the challenges as well Happy Happy Happy
Im sure its a lovely app if you need it I only wanted to share flights of stairs since the flex doesnt count flights The description lists many things the app doesnt do based on Fitbit api But doesnt specify stairs So I bought and my 300 flights since getting the flex do not sync Support notified me that its a limitation of the api If Id know that I wouldnt have bought it Recommend dev adds a note to the description accordingly No stairs
The number of steps in Apple health does not match the number synced to the Fitbit app Currently Apple health says I have 8654 steps and Fitbit 4348 and I just synced Useless
I understand Fitbit limits what Apple Watch will sync however the app continues to crash even when closed Please address Ill update my review Thanks Crashing
This app works intermittently I got an apple watch to replace my Fitbit and was super excited about this app I should have known it was too good to be true It will sync steps to the dash when you ask it to not throughout the day and the steps will be about 12k off at the least Dont bother entering in any challenges with your friends either it will sync for maybe an hour and then somehow all of your steps will be erased The idea behind this app is a good one but until it actually works its a complete waste of money and time Dont waste your money
Does exactly what it claims to Great
read the faq so Im not sure what Im doing wrong Syncing Garmin vivosmart to HealthKit and this app to sync HealthKit steps to Fitbit Ended up w 80k steps on a 20kish day By the hourly graph it Los like its counting the steps 4 times Multiple counts
