The Taco Bell that I frequent is clean and the service is great The manager is personal and the employees are friendly This franchise is located north Apopka FL near the Home Depot Great stuff Cary is the manager                 Bear

Every time I try it tells me We seem to be having issues     Cant place orders anymore

The other retailers wish they got their app as right as Taco Bell got this They set the bar high this is the standard by which all retail apps will be measured                 This app rocks

While I love the detail and functionality of this app what I can 100 live without is the horrible service and bad attitude of the employees at the drive thru I was basically yelled at by a teenage taco maker because he said they stop taking mobile orders at 10pm and my order went thru at 1230 well see if your going brag about being open late and the app sends the order thru and bills my credit card I just assume its their job to make my order and give it to me Instead it went like this we dont take mobile orders after 10pm and were out of DrPepper heres your large Pepsi I never got to pick another drink never got refunded for DrPepper and sure as heck wasnt going back thru the line to ask for a manager Until they work out the issues the employees have with the app I wont go back     Too bad the employees hate it

This app is perfect for me because it gives me a chance to customize my order the way I want When Im ordering inside the store there are always customers behind me and I feel like I cant take my time explaining exactly what I want The app gives me a chance to customize my order exactly the way I want without holding up the line It would be nice though if there was an option to attach a note to the order if I have a special request              Great app

I use this weekly It feels a bit lazy and nonsocial but Im an introvert at heart so I like using it However it does propel us further into the reality of Pixars WallE projection of humans                 Convenient but sad

I love this app I use it every time I go to Taco Bell now and my order has always been correct so far and is usually ready when I get there Just make sure you get your drink cups if you pick up in store They forgot to give them to me a couple times and I forgot about them until after I left Other than that love being able to order ahead of time and love that they have offers on the app to help save money                 Great App

The app really works great It also makes it so much easier to customize orders when you cant eat specific foods It keeps the cashier from having to find all the options and it also works with the drive up which is amazing Thank you Taco Bell              Great App Especially for people with restricted diets

Overall a simple enough layout and design to navigate However there are about 4 or 5 bottlenecks wherein the app can hangup on seemingly simple task transitions Especially the tendency for the app to reload all menu pages anytime you navigate away from the base menu This usually lasts from 315 seconds and is exemplary of poor inefficient coding of a supremely simple design To place an order for 3 items with a few modifications the app requires 2 minutes of interface time assuming your name and credit card info are already in their system This is about 1 minute to long with most of the excess minute spent by the app reauthenticating after every deviation from the home screen Aside from that though it provides plenty of options and ease of use if time is not a factor           Good interface slow speed

This app is so easy to use I had no idea you could add secret sauces and toppings until I got it it makes your Taco Bell experience customized Love it                 Awesome app

I used the app all summer and it worked fine A few weeks ago the app started not working for my local store        Flawed

But the people in the taco bell wont start till I get there This is no different than going there and ordering           Good

If you could work on making it a little easier to navigate through the app and also when you go to right a review if the name you choose is already taken it doesnt tell you until you go to send your review and then you have to write your review all over again and after the 4th time I was pretty aggravated           Okay but not great

I think the app is great I just wish you could order sides of items such as a side of creamy jalapeño sauce This you are unable to do through the mobile app                 TB app

Big fan of the appit just rarely works Out of the past 10 order attempts only 5 went thru I frequently get a message stating the system has encountered an error And of course theres no way to report a bug     Rarely works

Just like in the title the App and Taco Bell are working well together I just hope that they dont screw it up Took a little getting used to when you first use it but after you learn the layout I dont order Taco Hell often its pretty easy to navigate                 So Far So Good

Placed an order on the app tried to make a change on how I wanted to pick up my food and the app doubled my order Dont try and change your order once you place it you will be charged twice        Good app as long as you dont submit twice

This app often will disconnect while trying to place an order And it doesnt allow for instore discounts such as the reduced price for a dozen tacos     Disconnects midorder

I am so surprised at how great the Taco Bell app is I literally use it every time I go to Taco Bell now Its great because it regularly has coupons and offers and the interface is really easy to use I only wish it had the option to pay when I arrive so I could have the choice of using the app and paying in cash but its not that big of a deal Love love love this app                 Love the Taco Bell app

I would have given this a 5 star rated but one time I went to use the Taco Bell app it said my transaction couldnt be done because of my debit card I had to use another one I knew there wasnt anything wrong with my card because I had just used it before using the app it was fine Other than the one time I love it              Love it

There is no point to this app I didnt skip anything They didnt start making my order until I checked in at the register I wont be using this again Very disappointed     Very disappointed

Overall I love it But about 5 of the time the app fails to check me in So I reorder only to get to the window to find I have TWO orders Ive been billed twice for these ghost orders and there doesnt seem to be any customer service in the app other than an email address that never replied Autoreload doesnt always work or reloads twice           Glitches

The app itself is ok but I could have gotten my food faster by just going through the drive through and ordering on the spot No priority given to the app orders at all     Needs work

When making a payment DO NOT reload an existing gift card for the amount due For example 150 remaining on an existing gift card Food total is 516 so ap gives an option to use gift card Add amount needed to card to pay for food Or Add fixed amount like 20 to card IF you want to add just enough to pay for food the app will calculate the amount needed so with this example food is 516 and card has 150 516 150 366 difference BUT THE BUG calculates the diff as 363 which is short by 3 cents So next when you try to use the card to pay it returns an error message yet behind the scene it has zeroed out the gift card You see a gift card with 513 on it right then but that disappears a couple hours later Now the only way to pay for the food is to use another card since 513 on the gift card was not enough In my case I used my VISA So I pay twice for my food When I view my bank statement I have two transactions One to reload gift card and second to pay for food because gift card does not work     Warning MAJOR BUG CHARGING DOUBLE
