UPDATE 12 15 17 Working with developers on app and issues with viewing tournaments seasons has been fixed I was able to categorize three matches already in the app and view stats by match and tournament No longer able to view season stats since the update We can only see stats for the current match and when attempting to change the match it tells me we need to Purchase Unlock when this was something we could see before We go to Unlock purchase and it says it s successful but it isn t We also tried to Restore Purchases and that says it s successful but it s not Getting a response from them is difficult                     Missing Features After Update DanaRodocker

I would rate this a five as it is a very user friendly app to keep stats I have used it the past three years to keep high school varsity stats The new update has a math glitch when figuring attack percentage If the player s percentage should be 096 the app has it 962 As long as there is no zero behind the decimal the math is correct Please fix this so there is no confusion Thank you                 Nov 2 update Akbru02

I loved this app and I still do When I saw that there was a new update I was thrilled The ability to send the match as a file to import to Maxpreps was the best feature But after the update I now have to pay for that feature It s been free for almost 8 years and now this change without any warning so bummed     New update seems to force you to pay BVCVB

I too like the idea of simplicity of taking stats with this layout but it has some issues as others have mentioned regarding instructions on use I haven t tried uploading yet because can t type in any player past 7 I can t get any help and am confused about paying for help         Functional but frustrating Going2papajohns

This app is pretty great I have used it in two season for coaching now and I love how I can send it directly to maxpreps The only thing I don t like is that I can scroll down to other players when I get past player number 7 it doesn t allow me to see what I m typing and change the jersey number That big needs to be fixed                 The app Kimmieeco

This app doesn t allow you to upload directly to Maxpreps as advertised which was a waste of my money It doesn t have all of the Maxpreps categories and doesn t allow you to keep a tally of points scored     Maxpreps Poor stats

I use this app for every high school game I agree that it would be nice if the score would automatically update on kills and aces I also think it would be a little easier well for me if each category hitting setting etc would be a different color Other then that it works great I love the most recent upgrade a lot of nice features                 Wonderful app Bobby@home

As a coach who has two separate teams to keep stats on I would love for the app to be able to host a roster size of at least 18 20 The app does exactly what I need it to do stat wise I just would like to be able to have a larger roster size OR the ability to toggle between two separate teams of 9 10 players Thanks                 Possibly of expanding roster size Kbundy04

I like that everything is all on one page and I don t have to scroll I love the simplicity I wish I could change the colors and if you could incorporate a page with the abbreviation descriptions in the app it would be fantastic                 Nicely designed Jessvh

It does export to MaxPreps but you have to first email it to yourself and then save the txt document that is in the attachment From there you can upload the txt doc in MaxPreps It really is a pain because not all stats are uploaded and you still have to enter them manually Also make sure your lineup is in the same order in the app and on MaxPreps or it will leave some people completely blank                 Export flaws twetsch

I purchased this app the full 3 99 version to be able to export and print stats It is great to be able to keep the stats but if you cannot get them off of the tablet then it has limited usefulness Keeping the stats is easy Using the remaining features has been a fruitless and frustrating experience I can click export until I am blue in the face It does not It does not email stats It does not export to Maxpreps If it did all the things it said it did then it would easily be a 5 star program As is it is a 3 5 or so A screen that tells what the stats mean would be appreciated as well There was obviously a lot of time and thought put into developing the app If the same attention was put into people who would be using the app and making it work for them it would have been much better I hate it when potentially really good apps flake out this way James                 Potential for Greatness but some flaws attyjames

I love this app for its simplicity It was easy to teach my manager how to use it My only problem is that I paid for the full version so that I could export my data to MaxPreps or even to my email but every time I try to export the app shuts down I then have to restart the app and manually enter the stats online It is probably just a bug that needs to be fixed or maybe I am doing something wrong but I paid for the full version and now I can t even use the feature that I paid for             Great for stats Export doesn t work lmkeck.0521

I coach high school volleyball and we use this app for every game One thing the coaches and girls keeping stats say is each player needs to be a different color This would help to find the row quicker One other thing I ve not yet been able to do so I don t know if it s possible I would like to only have to put the girls names in once and then they would be there every time I opened a new match                 Works great just a few things need fixed Kendra Knieriem

Honestly it works extremely well Lots of data it can hold Only a few tweaks to make it 5 star 1 When entering a player the default entry should auto erase so as not to require manual erasing 2 Should have explanations for the codes as both what they mean and perhaps even a definition so that newbies can use it as a resource to learning the game via score keeping Note that a BHE could be seen as a ball handling error and then it could list issues commonly understood to fit in this description                 Pretty excellent App Tammy_MS

I just started using the app and find it easy to use and i like the quick export to email I have found that I can copy and paste to excel to be able to manipulate the data and compile individual players stats as well The only problem I see on mine is the hitting stats are not calculating correctly Overall a great program                 Tap Stats Michelle618

After using Tap Stat for my first season at a DIII Women s program I found it to be complete and simple It provided me the ability to upload match stats to my SID by email minutes after the match was over I also was able to send the team the stats shortly after we finished I did wish it would tally the season stats only to find out they have added the option to purchase season total and tournament stat feature A well invested 4 even tough I have yet to try it One update I would like to see is the match point added automatically when an ace or kill is recorded After many years of keeping paper stats Tap Stats is a welcome program No more keeping he stats the going home and entering them into a PC program printing and distributing them the next day at practice There are still a few stats that we keep on paper such as service points and good bad passes But overall a great simple way to keep stats                 Great Stat Program Coach_Joe

Just like it says it is simple and tracks everything on one page I have tried several of the free VB stat apps and this is the easiest and best one I have found I used to keep very similar stats on paper and now can join my fellow coaches in using my iPad The only thing I wish it had was the ability to email individual stats and not only the whole teams stats                 Simple and effective GsMommy111

This is the easiest stat app I have found so far however I would like the option of rating serves and serve receive Is it possible to have this option added I would also like the option of pulling up one player and seeing their cumulative stash for multiple matches             Need more options Martyvball

This app is easy to use and has all the basic volleyball stats I would recommend it for a high school team were you play one match per day If you are like me and play in tournaments where you play multiple matches then this app is deficient in that it does not aggregate the stats from multiple matches together You have to export every match into Excel and do it there I wish it allowed you to group matches into tournaments and then tournaments into a season to aggregate all the stats Then it would be the perfect app             Easy to use want more features TheMrCecil
