They use to automatically take my bonus points instead of my meal even though I changed the default plan so I removed the Bonus Points plan Now I want to pay with meal bonus points and the Tapingo Help Service cant help me add it back after several tries Please help Love Tapingo but
Makes getting food easier and faster Dope
This works amazingly well for oncampus pickups Its super easy and efficient However the delivery system is awful It takes hours to get my food sometimes and its ridiculous that I paid 7 extra for delivery for my food to get to me 25 hours later And now youre asking me what restaurants should be added to delivery Figure out how to make your system run more smoothly before you try to take on anything else You either need to hire a TON more delivery people or find some other way to speed things up because this is just ridiculous Delivery needs work
Ngl Im obsessed with this app It makes ordering food oncampus sooo easy and my promo code worked just fine Will definitely be using for the rest of my college career 3 Love it

Not gonna lie I wasnt sure how well this would work but its a GREAT IDEA I dont think the wait limit is always accurate but its so nice to be able to order so easily and I love that it texts you when its done Well done Only complaint is Ive had numerous people put in my promo code but havent received anything out of it Not really concerned tho Happy customer

This app never works for me anymore It is always stuck on the loading screen and I am constantly staring at the slogan of Wait Less Live More The ironic thing is that I am not waiting less and even when it does work the wait time is always miscalculated I would be happy to change this review when you fix this issue but for now this app is garbage Wait Less

Ive tried using it several times and every time i try to order it tells me there is a technical difficulty and Im never able to order my food so I end up standing in line anyways Its ok

This app is good for people who plan 5060 minutes ahead from the time they want to eat I order a pasta expecting it to be ready in 20 minutes and I was on a Tapingo line I could have just went in person and ordered Also Tapingo does not tell you when something is out If I want a BLT and they have no bacon Ill get a sandwich with lettuce and tomato yum I cant trust Tapingo New Paltz

Who plans their purchases that far in advance This is the era of Postmates and delivery Premium customers in huge urban markets that look for convenience dont even have the time for a fast pass This probably works better in the suburban colleges that have no diversity in food venues Only a small portion of my meals are repeat venue purchases Good luck trying to scale this niche model Uninspiring and poorly designed

At first this app would not work for me and after contacting customer support through email they quickly and politely solved my issue If there is any issue you have contact them If your experience is even half as good as mine you will have one of the best customer experiences you will ever had Also who likes waiting in line for food Not me Great costumer support
Tapingo makes ordering easier but it takes 10 times longer to get food If you want food dont use this app just go to the place and order it This app just allows lazy people to use their excess meal swipes to have the option to pick up food later if they think they might get hungry GMU Good on paper
