I wish I read the reviews before I bought a lock Tried everything and it won t even connect with Bluetooth so I can t set it up to even try to use it I tried contacting the Company and after I sent 2 emails it took a week to hear from them I asked them for a refund and where to return it to and their response was to wait until Jan 10 th when they update the app It should work after that     Horrible lagian44

I bought two locks Testing one right now setup using the app has been challenging The app doesn t render menu items correctly on iPhone X So the Next Save me is on the top of the app are 90 hidden by the main window So far though lock is operating ok We ll see how the battery goes         App needs to be updated Avatarlex

Currently on an iPhone X I am unable to get this app to function Besides which the product and customer support of this company is atrocious One lock lost it s charge after two weeks while in the lock position The unit would no longer hold a charge and I was unable to open it I was forced to cut the lock off The other unit also only seems to hold its charge for about two weeks at a time The fingerprint is commonly unresponsive and connecting to open via Bluetooth is hit or miss at best Trying to get a refund or event a customer support response from this company is nearly impossible Please avoid this product and company     Product and App Unusable Dogma2fun4u

Right out of the box the app will not let me delete a fingerprint so I am not stuck with a fingerprint that I do not want         App is not user friendly hatcht
