This was my first and my last time attempting to use a CPA I found myself doing all of the work and finding credits that the CPA overlooked He did not yield me a greater return than what I could have done on my own and had to pay 70 of the fee for incomplete and inattentive work The CPA was more concerned with rushing though the process than helping to exceed what I could have done on my own And the only argument Taxfyle has was my way may not be accurate well 11 Tax years and 1 amendment and not a single audit or error No body knows your financials better than yourself It s one thing if you owe and they help you out of it It s another when you never owe and they can do any better than what you can do for yourself     Never Again SexyVon

Such an easy platform to use Last year just put in some basic info and was quickly connected to a CPA Took pics with my phone of my tax docs uploaded them in my app and my CPA got my return filed and answered a few questions for me So much easier and cheaper then taking time off work to go see a CPA during their office hours                     Great platform Plano2001

I used this app in 2015 and it worked fairly well except for a few bugs Used again in 2016 newer Iphone and the bugs were substantially worse as was the customer service by the CPA It would take eight or nine tries to upload documents and the app would crash frequently The kicker however was getting a letter from the IRS saying that I still owed them money and pay interest even though I had paid the exact amount as listed on the 1040 V produced by the CPA Isn t the prevention of mistakes One of the main reasons to use a service     I owed IRS money after using -Josh LW
