This is not easy to use I could not add more than one of each type of form So like if you have multiple 401k pension pay outs I could only list one Now I have wasted my money in the program Unhappy

What else can I say I used many different tax products in the past and this has got to be one of the simplest tax products I have ever used the best features about this software are the speed of the application and the responsiveness of the customer supportThe price is reasonable as well I completed a few returns using the software and everything worked perfectly The only issue that i ran into was that there was a schedule that i needed that wasnt available for the ipad The rep emailed me instructions on how to switch over to the web version and I was able to finish the return My only complaint is that they only provide email support They are responsive but there was an occassion or 2 where I wanted to talk to a person Impressively simple
