So I ve been using this app for the past three months I love so much about it I can save lessons for different classes add resources do assignments or tests separately and make them all visible on days I specify I usually make the top line of my lesson space Needs so I remember what all I have to have on hand for the lesson and my last line HW for homework pages I need to have copied So close to excellent BUT the major failure of this app is the fact that I have completed lesson plans that completely disappear and have to be redone constantly I work in an area that has spotty internet but full phone coverage I do my lesson planning almost entirely on my iPhone and am always careful to sync as soon as I save my lessons It doesn t matter I am constantly having to redo at least once a week I don t have time for this garbage Seriously A few times I ve had a hard time changing the lesson date which is annoying but not a deal breaker but full completely planned lessons disappearing This app has erased my lessons for the last time I m moving on     Total Disappointment I really wanted to love it Karrots125

Yeah this is a great app if you just want to set up a curriculum But there is no feedback even if you pay the 499 You cannot tell what students logged in and you cannot tell what work they have completed It is utterly useless for a teacher     Absolutely no feedback from students Chtr-bustr

I found this app when looking for alternatives to Evernote I absolutely love being able to plan out my homeschool subjects assignments add links and more Bringing it altogether in one location What sells me the most is that this app works hand in hand with myHomework I have the ability to withhold viewing of assignments until I m ready for my students to see them that way the schedule doesn t seem overwhelming My kids are kept up to date on assignments and expectations Everything can literally be provided up front for them I am not restricted to a computer OR tablet I can edit from both One thing I am missing from this app program is having a space for teacher notes to remind myself to add in things or bullet goals and tasks Another is the option to incorporate a grade book Last would be a field trip template to provide for students on when where and for what purpose Aside from these items every Homeschooler should try this out Thank you guys for your awesome apps                 Homeschool Mom Approved LadyRock ;-)

I ve been enjoying the app tremendously I really like having it in sync with the myHomework app I d love to see my classroom roster and be notified when an assignment has been completed                 This is what I ve been looking for mohawkmomma8

The app does most of what you would expect for students in tracking lessons yet teachers have no way of knowing what students are using it but do know how many nor does it let me know when they have completed any assignment The lack of creating a private course is also a must need for this to be usable             Great start Mama33bobs

The app asks for your employment information in order to SIGN UP just to use it I don t want to sign up I don t want to tell you where I work I had to lie just to sign up and TRY the app Too Nosey Upon starting up the app it prompted me for 5 The 5 expires annually and is solely to remove ads Something that turning off a wifi connection would do for free No bells and whistles with that 5 upgrade just the treat of no ads for just one year If you want a donation ask for it Don t bait people in that s dishonest This seems like a great little app but until it removes the money grubbing and Nosey attitude I m afraid I just can t deem it worthy of 5 stars The App Store has been around for a long time now and has come a long way We need to be beyond this nonsense The bar has raised     Money Hungry and Nosey Nikolaos Lalangas

This app has given me my planning period back I upload everything we do in class bell ringers notes and homework assignments to this app When the students are absent the log onto their student component myHomework and get everything they missed Then when they get to their practice problems the ask for help only when they get stuck because they have all the resources for that lesson already Now my planning period isn t monopolized I can plan and do other things teachers need to do like grade papers                     Alabama 7th Grade Math Teacher LeBroughton

I love the fact that students have no excuses about what is assigned and when it is due as long as they look at it I wish very much that lessons but assignments and tests could be grouped by unit so that teachers and students would not have to scroll through such long lists                     Has truly helped those who use it Beginner12345

I have been using this app with my 150 high school students and I love it I give assignments attach notes and communicate with this app The advertisement banner is small and not a bother so the free version is great But I use this app so much that I felt better paying a few dollars for it I would be willing to pay more if it would just give the students way to submit assignments but it doesn t claim to do this                     love it gaillardia

Our staff is all using this with myHomework to form an agenda for all students Very easy to add edit assignments lessons test info and announcements The issue of the emails has happened with a couple of teachers but contacting the support folks resolved the problem in less than 24 hours Highly recommend from a 7th grade science teacher                     Great tool Dooleysci

This program works nicely to push assignments out to students with iPads We have stopped purchasing student planners for the grade levels with one to one iPads Sometimes the assignments don t post to the student planner fast enough occasionally it does not post at all This glitch must be fixed I posted an assignment on Friday it is still on my program but as of Monday it had not posted to the student planners I will delete the assignment and do it over but I lost the weekend homework time for the students                 Good but not great Wildcat$88

I use this app as a teacher in a school with 1 1 student iPad use I LOVE the app because I can send notifications to students about tests and assignments I can also include both for the students to download complete and email back to me This makes parts of my class completely online and prepares students for college What I DO NOT LIKE is that the blog goes through twitter Our school Internet blocks all social networks and therefore I can not use the blog portion to hold discussions and I would really like to Also it would be nice if the notifications went right to the iPad and popped up on their screen instead of just notifying in the program lazy students don t always open the program                 Close to perfect Positive annoyance

This app is a great addition to a very user friendly platform It syncs immediately with the myHomework app so everything I post is in my students hands right away The app makes it very easy to edit assignments course calendar and attachments Everything is very well organized so the utilities I need are easy to find instead of hidden among too much functionality For everything other than a grade book and online quizzes teachers io blows all other platforms out of the water and is run by a team that is impressively committed to improving their software                     Very streamlined Pastor Dan

I like the app as it allows me to enter one assignment for multiple classes and allows my students to connect with it using the MyHomework app My two major complaints are that the links I put into homework assignments for a flipped classroom don t show up for the students in the MyHomework app and the formatting lists paragraphs etc don t show up in the description on the MyHomework student app either My students are finding it hard to decipher Why link the two apps if students can t access the materials to complete the assignment             Mostly good but could be improved OHScienceTeacher
