Teleprompter Premium - Speech, script, lyrics and professional mirror prompter pro

I edit my scripts save them in a Dropbox folder and import them into the app Easy I made a TelePrompter screen by hinging two wooden 8x10 picture frames together I then use the apps mirror mode to scroll the text so its upright and readable in the reflection Easy economical solution Thanks to the developer Cliff                 Works like a champ

Biggest issue is the remote The touch target is way too small to use without taking my eyes off the camera its just a small slider and it should be a full screen Also no way to reverse without taking my eyes of the camera to find a small button on the remote app Finally the bluetooth connection resets every time the remote device autolocks Then it requires I touch both devices to reestablish the connection These seem like simple things that could be fixed to make this a stellar app           It works but has issues

Im a public speaker and always looking for a way to deliver my content smoothly This is the best app to help me write my script put it in front of me when Im doing videos or live performances and never lose track of where I am Easy to use too even for nontechnicians It used to cost thousands for this type of tool Not anymore                 Great app for public speakers

Unless already a studio tech this is a terrible app Sales pitch doubles as a user manual no way Ask customer support any question and get referred to the same FAQs Believe most of these ratings are phony DONT WASTE UR MONEY     TERRIBLE APP

This app is perfect for my video recording needs It is easy to use The ability to import a script through Dropbox is very helpful and quite the timesaver I also out chased the video recording plugin which makes this an allinone tool Joe is especially customer oriented and helpful in answering my questions I am a leadership development consultant branching into more video coachingminipresentations for my clients This app will be tremendously helpful to me Thank you Joe                 A great app

Where is the ability to delete entire script at the beginning Mehseems like some actions could be made simpler Hopefully things will be revisedsoon           Not sure

This is a very good teleprompter app Ive used it directly with iPhone and iPad for videoing from those devices I also use it with a mirrored screen when I want to use the 4K camera Get this one instead of the new Video Teleprompter app Joe just created This one is much better Cant figure out why he did another one                 Excellent teleprompter

Bought the pro version 6 months ago and decided to pay up again for premium for the IOS Bluetooth functionality Unfortunately I can not pair any devices The Bluetooth window is constantly searching     Disappointed

This app is super convenient easy to understand and was extremely helpful on short notice when I needed a professional level teleprompter but lacked the time and budget to afford the hardware and addtl operator required I was able to input my script via a simple copypaste workflow and when I needed to edit the script on the fly I simply created a new blank script pasted the old script in renamed it and edited a new version with a backup in case we needed to revert The one challenge however that did greatly hinder this tools capability was the disparity between the controlling iOS device and the displaying iOS device I needed to control the scroll rate while the subject read the iPad display but since the screen sizes on the two connected iOS devices via Bluetooth were different the scroll rates were impossible to match and monitor effectively Perhaps if I had been using two iPads instead of an iPhone and an iPad controlling the display scroll would have performed better Im hoping that the developer can come up with a fix or communicate this disparity in the description of this aspect of the apps functionality Overall Im happy with this app the developers communication and the possibility of a good tool getting even better           Great App One challenge to overcome

Cant say Im as impressed with this Teleprompter app as I am with the free one This one works fine if you set it next to a camera but if you use it in Mirror mode on a through the lens set up it doesnt work at all Keeps hanging up Its embarrassed me twice on a professional shoot and this is the last time Ive also emailed techsupport twice for help and theyve never responded     Executive Producer

Or use the app to give about a 40 minute presentation I found it very difficult to start and stop the app During the presentation several times I had to scroll by hand to the appropriate place in my presentation because I could not use the start and stop button or be automatic scroll speed was either too slow or too fast Below are some of the concerns I had prior to using the app above or my actual concerns having use the app Im glad I found this app and I purchased to premium version Here are my concerns 1 Difficult to edit format and highlight 2 Difficult to start stop and set scroll speed 3 no ability to print directly from app with or without formatting and 4 needs a word counter and timer to allow me to easily tell how long the speech will take at a given scroll rate Those are my observations Ill be able to give better feedback after my presentation later this week           It needs work Im concerned

Ive tried several prompter programs through the years and Teleprompter Premium is the best and easiest to use of the whole lot Brave Joe youve got a winner                 Exceptional good program

After many failed app purchases this app finally delivered I recorded 3 hours of spoken audio using a Teleprompter and this app never once crashed or gave me any trouble controlling it via Bluetooth on my iPod touch Dropbox import was a lifesaver although frustratingly you cant delete scripts or sort them app is also missing some helpful advanced features like making cue points to jump between The biggest downside was the interface for controlling the speed via Bluetooth Its small and awkward to use if your not looking at it and many times I accidentally brought up a menu and found myself unable to control the speed This cost a lot of time which can be quite expensive depending on what youre doing I hope in an update this will be improved And maybe a streamlined way to go backwards Also sneaky registration required to ferret out your email Thanks for the stable experience absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an app that does exactly what its supposed to small bug renaming a script file took away my ability to scroll through my script list and Id have to relaunch the app              Reliable

I use it for interviews I film for with easy and I love the new features like with my Apple Watch You guys are great at what you do and cant wait to see what else is in store Thanks again for a great app                 I love this app

Having had experience with other teleprompter apps for my iPad I find this app adequate but less userfriendly As a heavy user of iPad for speeches the small controls make it difficult to change settings on the go Other apps allow for a touch anywhere on the iPad screen to stop the prompter The text edit feature also needs to be easier A look at how the others do it might help All the best           Could be better

So you cannot use this app without a registration code that is to be sent via email I have been waiting for close to an hour now for this code and have yet to receive it I now have to find another solution because the teleprompter app that I paid for does nothing but sit at a registration screen Absolutely unacceptable     Cannot use app without code Still waiting on the code

Decent app Smooth scrolling easy to use Wish I could edit text vertically so I can see more of the screen Editing text horizontally really compresses the script mainly because of the script popup window that only utilizes a portion of the screen Be much easier to edit text without it When I use my iPhone 6 with this app and the Parrot the screen of my 6 is just a bit too wide so the left and right sides of the script are cut off leaving only a strip of text in the middle to see An option to compress the sides of the script would be ideal What really holds this app back for me is that I cant adjust my screen size to fit my Parrot Teleprompter so text gets cut off on either side Not exactly the fault of the app but then again I doubt everyone has the same teleprompter and phone combo           Good if your phone fits

It is pretty easy to use and has some very nice features Actually I havent even explored all of the features yet because I was so anxious to use it right away for my first project For me the mirror image feature is the most important as I wanted to be able to look directly at the camera lens and not off to the side I consider this app to be a pretty good value for the money              Pretty darn good

Ive only had this app for a couple of days but it seems to be working as advertised so far I am a working musician who uses this app as a lyric Teleprompter I like the fact that you can download scripts from dropbox I use my iPad mini mounted to a mic stand Way less noticeable than a music stand I would recommend              Nice app

I was in the middle of a best man speech when it popped up a modal asking me to rate it on the App Store This modal had no cancel button and the only apparent way to exit it was to click a button that took you out of the app Overall as a presentation device it worked well but thats irrelevant if you cant rely on it in the situation     Will screw you over when you need it most

Love the app Could use 2 things A full rewind keyboard option and the apple watchs ability to control an iPad not just the iPhone           Great app but needs iPadapple watch connection

Just got the app the other day Ill be using it for the first time this week but its pretty much exactly what I needed for a reasonable price              So far so good

The only problem Im having is how to delete the scripts I no longer need Other than that it is great I purchased the upgrade so I could download scripts from DropBox The editing feature and options for background color text style and size speed of scrolling are all very useful and user friendly              Very Easy to Use

I can write my script and save it as text to Dropbox then open the app upload the script from Dropbox and Im done And I can edit the text in Teleprompter I also love that I can adjust the speed which it should do and does just saying its exactly what I was looking for                 Awesome and Easy to Use

For not a lot of money this is a strong option for any number of needs for a prompter Editing is a bit awkward and I wish that while editing you could see what the text will look like on screen but aside from that Im very satisfied              Solid performer

1 Deleting a script is not intuitive It apparently requires an FAQ on the developers site 2 It forces you to register and to provide an email address           Two issues

Easy to work with and makes learning scripts for auditions and jobs that much easier                 Better than I hoped

Teleprompter Premium was exactly what I needed to record an impromptu video I wasnt given a budget to have my video produced professionally so this fit the bill perfectly I highly recommend this app                 Love it

When you launch the app youre prompted for your email address to register All this registration seems to enable is for the developer to email you repeatedly asking for a review or inviting you to email him if you have issues I have issues so I emailed him Twice He did not reply The syncing feature is nice but the prompters dont often stay in sync If youre using different devices forget it theyll never display the same thing If you pair a Bluetooth keyboard you could control with that as well but if youve synced multiple prompters most of the controls will only operate the device with the keyboard attached Needs work     Doesnt work great nagging yet unresponsive dev

Wow Really impressed with the new updates to this App Used to use it on my iPad Mini Have been waiting for iPhone 6 Plus support for a while Also there used to be a script bug that didnt allow me to edit the script once it was created Glad to see little bugs like that were handled Im happy now                 All I Can Say Is Wow

I needed a teleprompter for my Kickstarter project and this worked perfectly Although a bit pricey I had no problems and was up and running in no time                 Perfect for My Needs

Bought this for a video shoot with an executive Easy to use Easy to control Better than other TelePrompTer apps that Ive tried before                 Great app so far

I have used this for several 1 hr lectures and find two major problems It is extremely difficult to highlight text When you select a line and highlight it the text immediately jumps to the end of entire text Then you must scroll back and try to find your spot to continue highlight editing And you cannot underline text A major weakness is stopping or readjusting your spot in the scrolling text during a presentation You must pause stare at the screen and find the tiny stopstart buttons I want to just touch the text and push up or down to my current text location The text should continue to scroll when I lift my finger NOT pause to look carefully at the screen to find the little start arrow           Needs work

Short review because I am trying to film something but I got interrupted by this prompt to write a review So far the app works just fine except for the syncing to my iPhone so that I can control the scrolling of the Teleprompter on my iPad The in app purchase for the ability to record the money I did get a couple emails from the developer asking whether or not I was having any problems Although I did not get a response to the email that I sent addressing my issue was syncing between iPhone and iPad              As good as hoped
