Are refunds available Cannot edit the templates in pages nor can I transfer them to msword to edit They just sit there and do absolutely nothing Went to their website for help half of it is not working and in order to even get a glimmer of hope you have to write out a ticket So far no reply and no action Very Sad     REALLY

Im sorry I cant give Ned Kubica a good review I had high hopes from the number and diversity of reviews offered and the comparitively high price This feels like a work in progress that hasnt been completrly thought out ot clear on what marketnit targets The templates are uninspired and poorly executed One template with multiple box shapes didnt even have a way of finfing them except they accidently collided with a text box The styles are scarcely displayed and all of the templates Ive tried have had multiple incompatible fonts making many of the styles unusable In ganeral the app is over priced when compared to other apps that have smilar numbers of beautiful and compatible templates To add in app charges for upgrades to someting that doesn yet feel finished seems like an insult I could keep going on The download interface is awkward and the doc documents serve no purpose on the iPad I feel like the previous reviewer who wanted to know if he could get his money back This is the worst app of any I have personally purchased through the app store I dont understand how the app in its present form made it through Apples review process If their is a grievance process by which my money could be returned I would like to be informed     Sorry
