Whenever I go to watch a live streaming match it cuts out after 15 seconds Ive found that if I keep restarting the app after the fifth crash or so it plays for maybe 15 minutes before crashing again and restarting the whole process I was trying to watch the end of the Federer vs Nadal Indian Wells semifinal and Federer was serving for the match Fed walked to the line to serve at match point and The app crashed and didnt turn back on Thats just an example of the headaches thus piece of crap causes Seriously it just isnt worth it Just a waste

this app has many many bugs that will constantly interfere with you watching a gamealso i would have liked to watch on the bigger screen of my ipad but i had to stick with the iphone because thats the device where i did the original subscription and i cant share my account over the iOS devices im cancelling my subscription not recommended

Ive subscribed to TennisTV for about a year I watch from the iPad app or web browser on Mac Either way it is incredibly frustrating Sometimes the streaming is great Often it is completely unacceptable The times Ive watched an entire match without problem would be less than 20 Its infuriating to get engaged in a great match and then have the thing freeze stutter or become unwatchable I frequently use speedtest to check my access speed to a nearby server and I can only say the problem lies elsewhere Im usually watching from Australia but today Im in the USA and I cant even get a 250Kbps stream In a word flakey Incredibly frustrating

TennisTV is far superior to the Tennis Channel subscription product for many reasons The most important is that unlike Tennis Channel Everywhere you dont need to have a cable subscription to use it It also is a joint product of the ATPWTA so you are dealing directly with the source Finally TennisTV has less none of the annoying ultimate naming dropping smug thinks he knowsitall Paul I coached Pete Sampras Roger Federer after they were 1 and not for long Anacone This product is the real must have streaming Tennis TVVideo product No cable required No Paul Anacone

Purchased subscription on iPad thought i could also access on iPhone but not the case Quite oddly in email exchanges with tennistv app support they first led me to believe that crossdevice access is available then in a later exchange said there is nothing they can do and that I should contact Apple about it My low rating is due to this frustration and lack of clarity within the app itself in terms of what you are actually getting when you subscribe However if you are a tennis fan being able to watch matches that are not televised is very nice No multidevice access

Ive had this app on previous iPhones in the past and it worked great but on the new iPhone it is pointless to have It crashes 1020 seconds in EVERYTIME To cancel auto renewal You can cancel any repeat billing by following these steps on your device Go to SettingsStoreYou will see your Apple ID listed Tap it and select View Apple ID you may need to enter your password Scroll down to Manage App Subscriptions Select the Tennis TV subscription and on the subscription details page you will be able to toggle AutoRenewal on and off FlawedBroken App to Cancel

Tennis tv coverage and commentators are excellent Unfortunately its quite expensive Biggest complaint is that the app doest have replays only live coverage You have to watch on your computer for replays 1 star for not explaining how to cancel subscription You cant do it through their website as per their faq have to do it via App Store subscriptions For tennis lovers

Great design Works very well and gives you live streaming to most tournaments Only complaint is they dont stream the Slams Fantastic App
First the app crashes every update to iOS and it takes them months to fix it Second there is no grand slam coverage Third the latest tournament is blacked out in Germany and USA Third separate subscriptions are required on iPad and iPhone Fourth it is way overpriced for the reasons mentioned above They should charge 999 for the app flat rate and provide whatever coverage they are going to provide or maybe 099 a month would be a better rate I cant even believe the current app rating has two stars Rip Off

Never sign up for anything that auto renews after the agreement ends Doesnt matter if they tell you up front There is no reason for any company that cares about their customers to auto renew Its to make money plain and simple The longer you forget about it the more money they make Auto renew

I purchased on my iPad and signed up for a monthly app subscription But it wont let me sign in on my iPhone Only on my iPad Should be across all devices on my account Only one device
I bought a one month subscription and was quite pleased with the first week But in the second and third weeks almost every tournament except WTA Moscow has been geoblocked So essentially even though I paid for a subscription I cant watch the matches because Im in the US So just be aware of the fact that youll have to also pay for a VPN to gain access to the matches Thats ridiculous but probably not TennisTVs fault Other than that the live matches that Im not blocked from viewing stream very well on my iphone My other complaint is that there is no on demand function like there is on the computer Youll need a VPN if in the USA

Needs to be able to use the on demand catch up feature on both iPhone and iPad makes no sense why its desktop only this would garner more subscribers In addition for the price more tournaments need to be included they need better licensing especially from the WTA it says no restrictions on WTA premiers yet some arent offered and although majority of WTA International events are not in the US they are still blocked from US subscribers If you want to charge 21 a month fine but the above 2 things need to happen Getting there
A update booted out all Apple subscribers who were unable to restore their paid subscriptions Their customer service said they fixed it at their end and went on to ask me for my Apple ID and password to request a refund from Apple so I could purchase from their site This company is really bad DO NOT BUY
