Bought the November issue and now the app crashes and I can t even open the app Not sure if I was charged for the magazine         Crashes Poobot

I subscribed to this magazine around June 10th because I was very interested in the June issue and I was given access to the Summer issue but no access to June or July 2016 I reached out to their customer service for assistance and after going back and forth through 6 emails of random instructions on how to get the the June and July 2016 issues I was told you have to buy back issues what We are still in June it s not even July yet and those are considered back issues I will be canceling this magazine and requesting a refund     Subscribe and you don t even get the most current issue Aim6972

This bug has NOT been fixed I do not have a pocketmags acct nor want one I purchased this magazine through the AppStore and when I bought a new iPad it will not allow me to download the magazines I have already purchased The Settings Restore Purchases does NOT work It states that once the Apple ID is confirmed purchases will be restored It never allows me to enter my apple password so I am stuck Thanks Artist s magazine I m not subscribing until this is fixed One shouldn t be forced to make an account with pocketmags     STILL cannot restore purchases luna noire
