After converting four Windows type WMA audio files to Mac AAC s I have two reservation about this app 1 It loads my converted file to my Download folder when I want to put them on an external hard drive 2 It only processes one file at a time I can t give it a stack of files and walk away That makes conversiton slow and consumes my time On the plus side this app does a great job of converting WMA s to AAC s The quality is quite good             Functional but Limited RIWalkman

I need to convert several WAV files to OGG format for app development I wanted a simple converter like this so I wouldn t have to hassle with importing files and exporting mixes in my DAW This app looked like it had the simpliest interface compared to other audio converters so I choose this one From the product description it should be able to do the WAV to OGG conversion But when I upload a WAV file to be converted to OGA actually it always has the following error Error converting file Error starting conversion You then have the option to hit OK to acknowledge the error or go to Help and Support to submit a ticket The error happens 100 of the time for multiple files There does not seem to be a workaround It isn t worth my time to submit the ticket I m just going to write off the 5 and move on I m not trying to be mean or attack I m just letting people know my experience The product simply can t do what it says it can You can take the risk like I did or just save your money     100 Fail Rate on WAV to OGA Conversion iTunes Nazgul

I bought this app to watch surveillance videos on my mac I m an attorney When I opened the app none of the options were for video play only audio Description for this app states that it can also convert video but apparantly not The app would not convert any of the dvd s to audio or video videos were avi files I immediately sent an email to support for assistance and I have not received any response from them It has been over one week since I sent the email App doesn t work and tech support doesn t respond     Doesn t work DSC Esq
