The Venetian® | The Palazzo® app has been update to version 1.3.1 with several major changes and improvements. App release that improves performance, provides several new options.

The The Venetian® | The Palazzo® is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 6.0 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.3.1 has been released on 2014-11-27. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Here is the app`s compatibility information: Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.Requires iOS 4.0 or later.

Menus are listed and can make reservations for some restaurants Only thing is that they should put warning on hotel guests on trying to claim voucher discount Never press the redeem button til you show the server store Excellent and useful

Would be really useful if the map directions knew where you were Typing the name of where I am currently takes too long The deals are good if youre planning a trip here but theres no deals for people already staying at the hotel The map was cool how it adjusts as you zoom Okay
Good info to preview before you get here Some info is lacking like nightclub hours Once I arrived at The Venetian the app would not work Could not get Internet connection throughout most of hotel so I was unable to use the maps Would not work in hotel
I dont know what these other reviewers are talking about The maps are great you get menus of restaurants I think they dont know how to use WiFi which by the way is free I love the Venetian the best because its bright high ceilings so its not claustrophobic feeling and they dont use cheap air freshener like the Mirage My only suggestion is it would be nice to be able to sign in to the Grazi club web sight and see your activity and point accumulation Great App

This app is terrible We are staying here and cant find a thing It has no categories for restaurants Ridicules skip it dont bother DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT
Came to a restaurant and tried to use the 15 discount and it didnt give me a code so the staff couldnt use it it did however show it was redeemed Also the staff had no idea that the hotel had an app with discounts It doesnt work
I downloaded this thinking it would have features I like from other resort apps but NO Not even restaurant menus available Useless
If you are in Vegas the apps created by the individual casinos are usually the most valuable This app is a great resource for The Venetian and The Palazzo Jackpot
This app is very handy The directions feature worked most of the time but dont try it for the business center It wants you to go down a hall that doesnt exist Useful

Other Vegas hotels had their apps up an running two or three years ago Sands runs this out with virtually no booking ability no map labels etc Glad they finally went mobile lets hope this was just a starter for much better and more useful iterations Useless

The turn by turn navigation came in handy once I got the hang of it They should have more starting locations like the cashier cages high limit slots etc If Restaurants could include PDF menus it would be of great help Very handy
This app has clearly been rushed to market Restaurants listed but no menus Maps available but unlabeled Hopefully this is still a work in progress otherwise Im better served by the Vegas casino map app and OpenTable Good platform but lacking info
