First off getting this app connected to my thermostat was the most difficult process I ve ever gone through on a app First you have to connect to a local WiFi the stat broadcasts which automatically routes you to a webpage where you have a option to put in your WiFi password But if you do that on this page you can t setup a stat on the app so you have to eventually after many tries figure out that you have to navigate away from the page it automatically takes you to and get back to the app and put in the password there Once I got it connected it worked for about 2 and a half months till the app stopped controlling the t stat Tried multiple things deleting and reinstalling app rebooting the furnace and WiFi router The app provides no trouble shooting at all the manuals that come with the t stat are a few sheets of paper On top of that it is a touch screen thermostat that is programmable but you need to have it connected to the app through the internet just to use the programmable MODES I guess JC Inc is more concerned about increasing profit margins than making quality software TERRIBLE     Worst app integration I ve seen mich customer

I ve had this app since Dec 2016 for a new hvac unit in my home Worked great until tonight when unit would not connect to wifi Have tried several times to reset password won t let me login as well as putting in confirmation code Won t confirm my email so I can get into app to reset the wifi Parent company is closed so no support until tomorrow when I have to work and then leaving for vacation I liked the ease of using when away from the house but if this is what I can expect when having issues may have to rethink having this product in my home         Used to love GG2four

I have been using the Thermostat 280 app for weeks and I really like that I can manage my homes HVAC system remotely With the app I am able to adjust my schedule turn my indoor fan off or on adjust HUM DEHUM set temperature and humidity thresholds allow Geo Fencing to automatically adjust my away setpoints when I forget to do so myself The Thermostat 280 and app combo will help to better manage my utility cost Thank you this is great                     Easy to Use Thermostat Application Yup1245
