Both my 5 year old and 2 year old love this game It is a monster doctor game Monsters have silly issues like faucet dripping into their nose bones need to be shortened etc We have a few doctor games and its nice to have something silly to play with We like the monster voice as well We own a lot of games and this is one of our favorite right now                     Very cute fun game Hajni
