I ve loved the convenience of everything Having everything in one place has made life easier The only thing i would change is that I cannot look at approve requests from the app on my phone I have to go through a web browser which is a pain if I m out in the road and don t have access to my laptop The full website on my phone is too difficult to use on a small screen                 Great Apuck91

And I went to my cousin who has an idea on why it would take It was clear that in order to do everything I wanted it would be a huge undertaking And then this app came along and it does everything I want It Gps and time tracks It integrates the schedule and the invoice It allows me to send messages and photos to clients and for them to communicate back through the app or email They re quick to fix issues and seem keen to improve the app regularly When I first started my company I was writing my schedule in my notes app and sending it to my walkers via text I was invoicing using a free clunky invoicing program clearly not made for my company I was leaving report cards for the dogs which were little slips of paper with some info on the walk that were mostly just thrown away or left near the doorway I was uploading photos to Facebook Time to Pet makes most of those things unnecessary I love it On one hand I want to shout about it to all the dog walking companies out there because I want Time to Pet to thrive On the other hand I don t want my competition to touch it because it s a genuine leg up in many ways over whatever else they may use                     I wanted to create my own app for my company Hank azaria

As a client who uses this with my dog walkers it is definitely better than using their website from my phone definitely not responsive but there are bugs Sometimes my scheduled dates disappear even though the walkers have them on their calendar still Scheduled items are not clickable or editable so I 1 can t see if I ve added notes for the walkers and 2 can t edit change a date You have to request a change through a very generic form instead Past dates continue to show up in the Upcoming column as well which means I have to scroll though a bunch of dates before I can find this week s walks So it definitely needs work but it s an improvement on their website             It s buggy and could be more intuitive Bhammie85

Great software for my pet sitting business Clients love the updates after my visits Scheduling is super easy I would like to be able to schedule from the app or make changes to the schedule as an admin As of now scheduling has to be done from the desktop version                 Love the app MBall

It s great for keeping client info and scheduling Only complaint is that I have to delete and re download the app occasionally when they do system updates The latest update is so great though                 Love it Bad2TheScone

I LOVE this app so much The program is fantastic they are always making improvements to it and the app is robust enough to do the job but not so much that it gets bogged down When you first open the app your daily schedule appears sorted by the order in which the visits should occur You can tap on the appointment to access the client s information including an option to map me so you can GPS your way directly to their front door There s also an alarm system information and clickable phone numbers When I arrive at a client s house I click on start service and a countdown timer starts based on the length of the visit that has been programmed into the system No more guessing what time did I arrive Was it 12 12 or 12 17 Once the timer is at 0 00 and it s time to leave I click on end service and a window pops up giving me an option to leave a note for the client as well as add some pictures from my visit That is then uploaded to the client s conversation tab in their portal and the visit is checked off as completed automatically LOVE it I would give 10 stars if I could                     The BEST BeeeGeeeCeee

Loving the app We are able to view our schedules by the day week and weeks ahead by sliding the calendar to the left While the info is small I ve had no issues with zoom to make it bigger Only down side I ve noticed is we can not click on client vet phone number from the app to call BUT I know that s in the works to happen soon And when that happens it will be FIVE STAR                 Easy to use Giftgiver12

I love the software and mobile app The support that I ve received from the creators Mike and Kyle is superb They are always able to answer my questions in an extremely timely manner This app gives me client pet info along with GPS tracking I really like how it counts down the minutes of my visit after I select start I can make sure I stay to the exact minute contracted Clients love the updates and pictures they ve been receiving at the completion of the visit                 LOVE Time to Pet Pawsitive 1

I rated this app 1 out of 5 stars because of its lack of convenience and job information The site includes much more than just client info and the daily schedule The app should be able to allow us to view our schedule for the week day and month and allow us to request time off through the app Right now the app allows us to view our schedules throughout the week but it doesn t allow us to see onto the next week If it s a Saturday I m unable to view the next day s job It would be much more convenient and useful for the month label to be able to pull down to show the whole month of August and allow us to choose the days we need to view as well as swipe into the next month for further viewing Another suggestion to make the app more organized and effective is to condense the details of each dog under each client This would hugely reduce the amount of scrolling and users would be able to view all pet information at once or with minimal scrolling This is useful because some clients have multiple pets 5 and scrolling through all those individual tabs of info is quite inefficient These sections should also allow zooming in as the words are quite small and some clients provide very detailed information I have used this app once in the beginning of the week and noticed it was taking a long time to process my updates since then I have only used the site through safari although my internet is slow it still updates faster than the app I hope more improvements will be made to this app as this should be a quick and easy way for employers and employees to use on the job     Needs more improvement Chimychimy5
