TIO has been making bill pay experiences for years This is by far the best Its exhaustive but simple to use I also like the TIO account that allows me to budget between bills and billing periods I understand this app even works with TIOs cashbased kiosks around the country Great flexible well designed app

I loathe this app It has worked for me only twice in the past but I still try to use it to my own detriment Release an update or just do something to fix this messed up app I wish I could rate this app negative stars
