Since this new update it is making me register I have tried to register and it won t do anything I have then tried to have my password sent to me and again nothing happens So as of now all of my records for the year are gone Tip Mule responded to my emails very quickly I finally found why I couldn t register My cellular data access button must be on Up and running now It is a different app now but I will give it a try                 New update j.Way

I bought this app nearly four years ago and recommended it to so many people cuz I loved it Then they updated it without notice and it totally changed all my information entered I m a server and as such need to track my take home tips and also how much I tip out to support staff In the original app I would enter my take home amount and the amount of money tipped out When the app was updated it automatically deducted the tip out amount from the amount I entered as my take home and went back to the beginning of my entering Changed all my earning numbers So frustrating So I adapted how I put the info in I enter my amount before tipping out then my tip out amount and it would give me my take home amount I even went back several months and adjusted all my numbers Then I go to enter my tips from last night and It appears as though they ve changed it back to the old way and now I m so messed up in my tracking So so frustrated with this I ve depended on this to keep track of my income information for years and now even my previous 3 years are all inaccurate         So frustrating serverk

9 16 17 With each update I love this app even more I highly recommend this to any servers who are looking to keep track of their earnings in both tips and hourly Keep theses improvements coming 8 10 2017 This latest update is beyond expectations I knew the developer was working on the totals charts but wow These are even more detailed than the previous app Tip Bucket awesome work If you are a server this is a must have app 7 6 2017 I decided to leave all my comments on here so you can see the progress that the developer has made in a very quick and timely fashion Many of us had reached out after tip bucket changed to tip mule and were shocked by the complete makeover The developer listen to us and added features brought back features that we all felt were relevant I m very happy with this latest update I look forward to future updates thank you for listening 7 4 17 I changed my review to a two stars from one because things are getting better I received several replies from the developer showing me that they really care and want to know what we want I am giving them a chance I m starting to learn how to use the app and I like some of its new features on the dashboard I just wish you could click on the dashboard and see the break down but that may come in the future I look forward to your next updates 7 2 2017 Tip bucket was awesome this is total crap You can no longer track things as accurately and a simple as before You can put in your exact hours that you re working via the clock in it has defaults which is silly I used to use TipBucket to track against my paychecks to make sure things were accurate now I can no longer do that I can t compare year to year month to month I can t compare sales versus percentage of tips All in all this upgrade is awful                     Respect to the developer Shukin_m

Not sure what issues the other reviewer had but I did not lose any of my historic data when I upgraded The graphs are an accurate representation of the data and the new UI seems sleek and functional I was nervous to upgrade after seeing the reviews but I haven t had any of the issues the other people mentioned Hope that means they are that quick at correcting bugs Great work team Happy to see you back and coding for us in the service industry community                 Not issues with lost historic data P-Lo788

Not only did the update wipe out ALL of my previous information WITHOUT ANY WARNING that I should back it up but it also crashed as soon as I tried to use it for the first time This update is complete garbage and so is the layout of the new app I can t believe I lost all of my earnings information for the whole year This used to be an app that I relied on and would recommend to all of my fellow tipped employees at a very prestigious casino not anymore I will be spreading the word to switch to a new method or app since this one cannot be trusted with our valuable financial information You ve got to be kidding     Total Fail Sgt.Sgt.

I just put in hours per day and tips per day and Tip Mule gives me the info I want I can track tips and wages by day week or pay period This is great to compare with my pay stubs I tried others and this is the best                     Great for drivers too Bus Driver 22

Just like most people I was loyal to tip bucket It was he highest rated app that allowed you to track different jobs separately The new update tip mule has had many issues most of which get resolved The log in issue continues to plague me 1 It logs me out which is fine I guess most apps do 2 When logged out it won t accept my username password 3 When I click Forgot Password NOTHING happens 4 It then randomly will log me back in at a later date PLEASE FIX THE LOG IN ISSUES         Login issues Oobsman

I have always loved tip bucket because of all the data it tracks for you and I m really glad they ve gone back and revamped it with some updated features tip mule and still kept the things that I loved originally I was wondering if it was going to get an upgrade and I m really happy with what they ve done Also from the sounds of it it looks like they re not stopping anytime soon and that makes me happy Thank you                     The best tip tracking app graz737

A few weeks ago I got a new iPhone and was unable to save my tip data to the cloud but I was able to email to myself a backup I downloaded the new app today and emailed the developer asking if it was possible to upload my data to the app They wrote me back immediately with a solution Aside from the quick response I m really pleased with the changes to the app I like the analytics they ve added and the overall upgraded appearance functionality I would highly recommend                     Nice visualizations and prompt support service alex in SD

So disappointed with this update Now it seems that it s just the log sheet nothing more It is the simple display of all the information you ve given it It doesn t do any math for you it is simply a log it and it spits out a graph or chart My favorite feature the Hourly Wage is not even available to see let alone on the welcome screen EDIT After sending a feedback email immediately prior to this rating within a few minutes after posting this I received a response giving brief highlights as to why changes had to be made and hopes for the future of the app With a prompt response and in such detail it leaves hope that it will be restored to at least what it was if not better             6 years of use and now this Dorgill

I know most apps are updating to keep up with the compatibility of the iPhone updates I have had to delete paid for apps because they never kept up with the iPhone software When they first did the update there was so much I LOVED then I realized I lost some features I have been in contact with them and they have let me know that they have every intention of making sure they bring back all features I already see they are working on it Patience is not easy but it does carry are finances Love how easy this makes my life                     Love the new update Kris41007

I ve been using tipbucket for years with very few problems All of the sudden with zero notice from tipbucket I now have tip mule with a new icon and ALL of my tips from tipbucket are lost Seriously And half way through the calendar year To say I m annoyed is an understatement As a bartender full time I like to know what I m making yearly and this was the most accurate and easy way to do so and now all of that is lost for this year Frustrated that the time I ve spent keep track is now wasted and so far tip mule has let me log one day of work and every other time the application has closed out or not loaded To bad looks like I will be looking for a new application to log my tips     Miss my tipbucket Mskis

deleted this app after using it for 6 years because of your latest update It was horrible Thank you for sending the bug fixes quickly but I don t need all those bells and whistles I also wish I could see my tip percentages that I ve been tipped and that I m tipping out I liked the old version this one shrugs You are dealing with an app that has our finances attached to it It would have been nice to know you were thinking about updating it so we could give you feedback instead of fixing it on the backside Who do you think you are Microsoft             I almost FE Butterfly

My phone did an auto update and that included updating tip buck to tip mule This caused all of my information to be deleted and now I have to start from scratch I don t understand his you can do this to people without warning Now I have no idea how I will retrieve what was lost     I lost all of my information Slow and costly

I use to love this app but the update is not very good at all When I try to look up my yearly tips it doesn t show up just every single entry made I hate the new app I want the old out back I also liked that I could put my tip out in there I use that for taxes Also why I put my clock in out times and it figure out how many hours I worked And the clock out times are only every 10 min for real because you only clock out on the exact min     I want tip bucket back Kjh2007
