Order 2134161 4168743 I set an alert for Game 5 of The Stanley Cup Finals and was surprised to get notified of 50 tickets in section 112 My parents always taught me if something seems too good to be true it usually is I proceeded to attempt to contact support to verify the validity of these tickets before purchasing with no response When I saw 1 had been purchased but one was remaining I didn t want to miss out so I bought it Upon delivery I opened the link to print the ticket to find it was not a ticket at all but a parking pass Complete false advertising and bait and switch I have attempted to email both support and sales with no response and tried calling the phone number listed that doesn t even seem like it s attached to a business because it says the subscriber you are calling is not available I m hoping by making this public that whoever is in control of this will see it and make it right     Fake Tickets TonyV67

I like TicketIQ and have found great tickets However the app has a lot of basic functionality that was missing in QA testing The developers need to test user scenarios for the filter functionality I m searching MLB games when experiencing issues caching issues Previous selections remain populated even after clearing and closing and reopening the app after you select and apply filters for the first time the functionally does not work on any modifications after selecting applying filters for ticket quantity and In Zone does not return filtered results For example selecting One Infield and quantity 2 returns all sections and tickets with 1 or 3 tickets available it s annoying when you click Filters and the Sort by filter opens by default Sort by filter has limited 3 options Sorting by row is important for sporting events         basic functionality not tested GuapoCheese

This app is great i love the discounts yes it does work less fees cheaper It s amazing but when I search some artists some don t come up for example the artists U2 does not show up on the app at all its frustrating                     Update search menu bastla

I ve never written a review before but this is a rip off I ordered my tickets days ahead of time they charged me the next day and told me I d get them tomorrow and didn t receive them to download till hrs before the game that s three days after I ordered them and two days after they charged me Ruined my plans because I had bought other tickets Thinking these people were never coming through with the tickets So now they charged me and won t give me my money back Horrible customer service Can t get a hold of anyone Don t think about the price of the tickets They may be a little cheaper but not worth the gamble     DONT DO IT Adg861

Great deals App is usable but it would be much better if updated the app so that it s easier to personalize teams and is more streamlined for smartphone usage For example it keeps telling me how to favorite artists but it s not clear how to do so Or maybe I can t do it with sports teams Either way it s not as streamlined in accessibility as it could be but the deals are great and app is usable                 Good deals but app is clunky thehappyrain
