This app is the biggest piece of junk that I am forced to use on a regular basis It takes FOREVER to open and routinely crashes at least once often two or three times EVERY TIME I USE IT forcing me to go back to waiting FOREVER for it to start back up so I can resume reading Happens consistently on two different iPads I d give it ZERO STARS if I could FIX THIS PIECE OF JUNK Update 9 25 2017 SERIOUSLY Not working in IOS 11 And how much lead time have you had I guess that s one way to avoid fixing all of the other problems Just let it break COMPLETELY If that s your true strategy then do us all a favor and just pull this app If I d wanted to read the paper in a browser I wouldn t have installed this piece of junk in the first place This is seriously making me contemplate cancelling my subscription entirely Thanks a ton FOR NOTHING     FAIL freeman.patrick

For the third time in the same number of years the app won t accept my password even though the password works fine in a web browser Yes I have uninstalled the app Yes reset the iPad and then reinstalled the app Maybe with the next update it will let me access the paper on the app again         Good when it works Gbaker5325

Generally getting the paper this way has been very good however at times it fails to download you cannot print articles readily from this method of reading and I ve had to delete the entire app and download it again to get it to function Other than that the Dayton Daily News beats the Cincinnati Enquirer in every way                 Could be Better Nanner52

I have been using this app for almost a year and have provided feedback on multiple occasions As my concerns have never been addressed Issues sign in loop For no apparent reason application will prompt user to authentic Upon authentication application with prompt again and again and again Rendering of content looks fine in page view but double tap an article and rendering results in words spelled wrong strange hyphenation often sentences are garbled         Ok when it works just don t expect it to work CinRedMAN

After using for months login is blocked AGAIN Took 4 days for CS to respond They ve asked me to not use private browsing to allow cookies and to allow ad tracking Gee give up all my privacy So I tried that and reloaded app Still no joy     Useless and CS is useless Zero stars Sol addict in Ohio

I ve only been able to read the articles on one occasion that was when when I first subscribed Since then pages have not loaded and previous issues are locked When I attempt to view a previous issue I m prompted to subscribe again I ll be canceling my subscription     Not impressed DBellamy

I had no problems with the DDN site until the computers decided I needed to log in What a disaster First it is not clear just where you are logging in through iTunes or through a proprietary DDN site I called the customer service number and on the third try was connected to a guy who directed me to an iTunes login area Dutifully logging in through iTunes however did not work so the guy sent me a link to the DDN website which I could have easily gone to by myself which connected me to the premium version of the paper I could read the first and sometimes the second paragraph of the story before running into the pay wall And here I thought I d already paid for the electronic version of the paper I like the app version and don t want the hassle of dealing with the actual paper of a full subscription but I m feeling awfully locked out by a confusing and seemingly irrational login system Please DDN fix this the sooner the better         Login inapplicable Steve Beard

Your print subscription buys you nothing here the app is a separate purchase You ll have to read on your browser and the log in for your subscription there does not apply to the app I guess Cox wants the numbers to support quitting print altogether since I ve got no reason to keep subscribing if I buy this app     ms 30-year subscriber

The app works fine as expected To read the electronic version of today s paper you must subscribe to the paper version Fair enough I subscribed to the hardcopy Sunday newspaper A few annoying things the electronic today version not always shows on the same day and sometime the app challenges you for username password again and sometime caught in a loop The only to get around the looping issue is to delete the app and reinstall it back A few good things the electronic version of today s paper works great just like you would flipping through a hardcopy you can also view previous days of the newspaper and the customer support is knowledgeable and friendly                 App works fine Tranfairborn
