Placed an order in the app 3 hours before pickup time 20min drive there to find out at 15 mins til I was emailed my order had an error So just because I don t like to drive unsafe I don t check my emails or text while driving only to show up and no order available on my lunch         Great food bad experience lunch time is important

Set up an account then couldn t use my login credentials to actually you know login Requested to reset my password twice Email never arrived Tried to order as a guest Picked bowl size rice type and sauce then wasn t given an option to pick my veggies Tried to edit the order but still wasn t given the option to customize Ugh Frustratingly awful experience         Frustrating experience Jenmee01

I typically really enjoy Tokyo Joes Today was the first time I ordered using the app and discovered you cannot apply the purchase to your addicted card They also cannot add your card to the order to receive credit once you arrive at the store Additionally my order was not correct One of our meals had chicken instead of steak We ordered 4 meals and only received 3 sauces Missing a spicy yaki I doubt I will use the app again to place an order         Cannot use addict card when ordering through the app Carchel

Literally this took me 20 minutes to the the opposite location to get my food for the very first time ordering from this app I get to the location my food nor my order is here I m annoyed especially since this was already out of my location AND the first time I ordered from the app If I was reviewing the customer service and the food that would be a whole other story I have only ate here once before this order and it was great Wow this app Thought it would be easy nope I ll never ever trust this again and they should refund my gas that took me 25 minutes to get here and another 25 minutes back Great food but if it s not offered on Postmates a company I trust I m not doing it     Horrible first experience And last experience App deleted Embabeeeeee

Great app The only slightly annoying thing about it is every word in any comment you write are always automatically capitalized It took a bit longer to write my comments because I had to tap shift before typing every word Other than that the app steps through all the menu choices well and reviews the order in a neat way before you purchase I also love the Favorites order list It ll be an awesome and quick way to reorder meals without having to go through the entire order again Well done TJ                     Great app Carkmox

Rarely works right It always gives me error messages It does not link my rewards number And all of the ingredients that they offer in store are not featured in the app only a select few are     Great food crummy app Brie2208

Visited on 4 10 at 1 35 pm The new Arlington TX location needs some staff re training I thought ordering using the app would save some time order submitted at 1 15 pm I arrived when the email stated my order would be ready however they had not even started it Only one person in line ahead of me Ended up waiting about 10 minutes past the time it was to have been ready The cook did not seem to be in any hurry to expedite orders going out He was also only wearing one glove and was handling food with his bare hand He never once changed the glove he had on after touching other utensils kitchen items other raw foods Once he had my order ready he just put it up on a counter and waited for other staff to wrap it up and hand it to me I was standing right in front of him and no one else around I might be willing try again but not for a while There are literally dozens of lunch choices around this location         New location in Arlington TX Unclepkb

I placed an order on the app hoping that it would go smoothly on time in and out kind of situation thats why the purpose of ordering on the app after placing my order it told me that it would be ready in 17 min great that is what il taking about or so I thought Im at the store is now 2 02pm and my order was placed at 1 27pm n still waiting There is a lot of people waiting too and im not sure why the delay honestly I dont care I was told a time frame and is not being delivered on that window in fact is taking way way longer Also there is no apology or anyone telling us that it will take longer or the reason behind it Im not a happy customer and I approached an employee and my food was just coming out at 2 08 pm I understand when a place is busy and usually they apologize and give you a free drink not that I care for the drink is the gesture but here was nothing It seemed like they didn t care and it made me question Tokyo Joe s customer service culture Panera please show them how And on top of all they forgot to add my sauces on all my three orders Yay I really really love     To go order Greg Juarez

Logging in is difficult and there is nowhere to attach your Addict Club card so you cannot receive or redeem points This is very inconvenient         Could be better Avrilanche

Why can you not link your addict card If you want to use a free entree or other reward you still have to order at the store Starbucks does it why can t you     Addict Card not linked Conroja

I had noted below that the app kept re requiring my card info That has been resolved and it knows my card from previous visits It is really nice when I need take out and don t have much time I would still love for it to accept PayPal for the better security It works well and my local Tokyo Joes does a great job filling my order Main problem is that I have to re enter my card each time It says it saves but when I tried to use the saved card it rejects it If I re enter exactly the same card it takes it GET THE BUGS OUT Plus it would be nice if it took PayPal which is much more secure for online payments                 Good but needs work ISSUE RESOLVED mjrcewing

It s sad when your old punch are system worked better then both your apps I have free entree but can never get them with the app I have sent you emails before but it s never fixed Hire a new tech person or go back to punch cards Also the last time I ordered sushi it was barely bigger then a quarter If I could attach a picture I have of it I would     Fix it Punch cards needed
