App constantly locks me out from my account even though it is the right password and the same one Ive used since Ive had the app     Log in

This is the worst application in the world asks questions that you never even assigned to your bank account Total crap and waste of time If you cant build a simple application dont even submit it I blame Apple for allowing crap like this on their stores     Retarded

Id like if the interface were easier Also itd be nice if you added fingerprint signon using my stored fingerprints in iPhone           Needs more features

Just downloaded this app upon recommendation from my credit union I downloaded it and answered the security questions Well this app has asked me the same questions 45 times now     Just downloadednot impressed

Sample password not valid i just logged in now i cant why its the same password and its not for iphone 6 compatible yet           Worst

This app is total garbage I dont know what else to say about it took my three trips to my bank and lots of angry words just to get logged in I would have called customer support but the dont have it listed anywhere Pure garbage     Dont get this

When I first downloaded this app it was missing the deposit button I asked the bank teller about it and she said they had to call to get permission for that feature After that was taken care of the next time I logged in the deposit button was on there              Deposit Button

This is by far one of the best banking apps Ive used My 68 year old mother can use it and thats saying a lot                 Great and simple to use app

Im not sure why I see reviews with 2 star This App is great I can get balances move money from one account to another and pay bills quickly and easily The one review admitted her child messed up things Dont let your kid play with your phone What do we tell our kids when we buy them phones Its not a toy The others probably dont have things set up properly at the bank at the account relationship level I have 4 accounts on this App and I can move money around to all accounts I have a fifth account but I dont want it associated with the other four So Its not Great App Problems Check the set up and keep your phone away from your kids                 Great App

The app works fine But I would like to see some settings in the notifications tab I would like to take pictures of the checks to cash them use the fingerprint scanner to log in like the discover app And overall just want to see the app look and run smoother           Mediocre

Worked great at first then suddenly after resetting my phone I cant use the app Its the only way my bank does mobile banking     Horrid

This app is just plain terrible Im trying to register but cant get past the point where you have to answer security questions Ive probably answered 20 different questions some more than once Im not sure if this is normal or if something is broken because there are no instructions to how this is supposed to work Save yourself the aggravation and just access your bank through safari of some other mobile browser     Just use a mobile browser

I bank at HomeTown Bank in Redwood Falls MN This app is horrific When I tried to set it up I had to answer a stream of questions to confirm my identity Some were duplicates and some Id never seen before My grandfathers nickname Are you kidding me Dont waste your time Im calling the bank today to let them know my thoughts     Horrible app

This app is basically useless it has no more features than the banks online banking website and it doesnt show where your point of sale transactions occurred it just shows an amount taken from your account in my opinion its just easier to use the website and the website has more information on it     TouchBanking

I cant even log into the app After entering my banks identification code and my username the app asks me a series of identification questions Most of which I have no answer to How they would use any of that information to confirm my identity is a mystery After looking into the app I learned our doesnt even offer mobile deposits The app cant even multitask Whoever had any part in developing this garbage for public use should be ashamed And dont expect any updates to fix this pile its almost never updated     Absolute inexcusable trash

I downloaded this application with the hopes that I could utilize the Remote Deposit option The download and installation were fairly simple but the Remote Deposit even when attempted on multiple times was quite poor I will be removing this application and continue to make deposits in person or until such time as an update is available        Terrible Remote Deposit

Needs to have Ability to use touchID to avoid entering password every time Ability to receive account alerts within the app Check scanning for deposit Optimize for iPhone 6 and hi res displays Login timeout when leaving app Aside from this the app can show acct balances and allows for transfers But the developer can do better        Poor interface features

A simple and easy to use app Does almost everything the big bank apps do I recommend using if your bank supports it                 Does a good job

I bank with a very small local bank in New Orleans and this is what they use as their mobile banking app Im very surprised there are so many bad reviews for it Its not super hightech All you can do with it is check your balance and transfer between accounts But thats all I need I basically just want to be able to check my recent activity and since its at the tip of my fingers I can do it quickly and easily              Great basic banking tool

My credit union called to tell me this app was now available I was excited to learn of this but this app does not work at all This just makes my credit union look really bad compared to my bigger banks app     Does not work at all

The app was great worked fine when I first downloaded it It was really convenient being able to check my accounts balances with my bank by just opening the app Then my daughter deleted the app while playing with my phone I have been unable to log in since re downloading it I just get endless security questions to confirm my identity more than half of which I have no answer to Its terrible Im so frustrated that I have not been able to easily check my accounts since     Terrible

Doesnt do as much as it should I tried to deposit a check a while back and it was declined Wasnt the check because I later deposited the check manually through my bank And cmon How do you not have touch ID yet So inconvenient to have to type my password when all I could do is use my thumb Yall need to do some serious updating        Disappointing

It wont let me log in Says my user info is invalid every time and wont let me access the app at all And I went thru the instructions correct several times and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times and it still isnt working     Error logging in

My main concern is the login error I checked the correctness of the banks code and my username several times and no success I deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if that would help after more than enough attempts to login and here I am now Of the two years Ive had this app Im almost 100 sure its been updated only once Please fix the glitches     Login Error

This app is usable but has not been optimized for iPhone 66 Would also be nice to have a logout time so that every time you closed the app you didnt have to log back in At least give an adjustable window or implement Touch ID        Disappointed

its hard to understand how bad this app is wont let me sign in after 20000 security questions half the time i dont even make it to the security questions because of some error it makes mobile banking an inconvenience     unbelievable how bad this is

First this app is very poorly designed The developer has no regard for iOS design principles whatsoever Looking past that the app does pretty much everything I need it to However after wiping my phone and signing in I was greeted by an error message and no way to go back outside of killing the app I reinstalled it and this time it started giving me random security questions preventing me from logging in There is also no way to get back to the login page from the security question page without killing the app I honestly would go so far as to suggest finding a credit union or bank that doesnt use Fiservs software because it is garbage     Cant log in poorly designed

This is a great app On less you forget ur password then you are locked out and cant get in security question go on and on and still no access Other then thats a great app Just DONT GET LOCKED OUT        Password

It does what it says you can check your account balance and transfer money between accounts I love the deposit part after hitting deposit at the bottom it will ask for the amount then it will open up camera to take a shot of the front and back of the check Ive only had to wait 24 hours then the check in my account                 Great

Very poor app Horrible design not user friendly and worst feature forcing user to relogin each and every time one switches to another app Simple example Lets you want to check in your notes or email an amount for a transaction come back to the app relogin and restart over Again and again A real pain and renders the app totally useless better and faster to use the web browser     Pain to login over and over

The app works and does what I need for remote mobile banking account balances transaction history transfers between accounts ATM locations making deposits required a quick phone call to the bank to enable that feature However it looks dated and needs an update for iPhone 6 6Plus           It does the job

If you are looking for an app that does all your banking services for you and even will grow money like the tree in your backyard this is not for you However if you are looking for a simple app to keep track of your ledger then this is perfect Very simple but straight to the point                 Easy and simple
