Awesome a must have app for social people                 Councilperson Old_Head from the DMV.

My only negative to note is that there is no instruction or guide to get you started however it s really simple and as such not really necessary I might have missed it altogether too It s accurately picked up and transcribed ALL of my spoken words something that really pleases me There is the spoken translation as well as written on the other side There are quite a few languages to choose from although it didn t have my ethnic language of Slovenian not many do All in all this is a really decent app well laid out and definitely worth the purchase for overseas travel or even helping one to learn a new language it does not teach it to you but a sharp mind could probably pick it up anyway and it would also be useful for practice It would be really great to have this available for iPhone too Definitely more convenient as I don t take my iPad with me when going out Nice job                     A really nifty app TermieMT

If your expecting to learn a new language with this app listening to your tv through the iPad s microphone think again This app will only pick up what you say using the iPad s microphone and nothing more It will only translate one word at a time so don t expect full sentences to help you learn a new language or to help you when brushing up on an old language your rediscovering             Not What I Expected CaracalFury
