Absolutely useless app Impossible to navigate its interface Probably okay if you already know exactly which route you want and where those stops are located but otherwise it is useless
Routinely just stops showing datasometimes just after it says 1 min approaching I cant express enough how maddening this is how many times Ive been left standing because the app says moments but the reality is a bus nowhere in sight Can we see the location of the bus in the map Can we not lose info just because the bus is late Inaccurate and frustrating
It doesnt look like all routes are working Some routes only show stops with no route line or buses eg 93 HazelwoodLawrenceville I tried enabling the setting to download new data in the somewhat buried settings panel and this resulted in a total lose of all route information rendering the app unusable Map view does not show all the buses currently running The all routes button doesnt seem to show additional information If the data issues could be fixed this would be a 5 star app promising but data and interface issues
What happened Was the A 1 Pgh Tracking app now POOF total blah Nothing works right Missing stops forgotten updates Terrible Fix the app or trash it Suburbia Hell O
Its bad enough that the app has a design that seems engineered to confuse On the server side there are issues as well Many routes fail to update position and you have to manually restart the app to reflect the current state The biggest problem by far though is the system choke imposed by the PAAC If the amount of network traffic goes beyond a certain point the servers lock everybody out for the entire rest of the day Stuck in PIT after the lockout Youll have to wait until AFTER the airport shuttle stops running to see where it is Poorly designed and crippled
