We are in the middle of a round the world trip I have been using TravelPod to keep family and friends updated on where we are Its easy to use and I think has a nice looking interface My suggestions for improvements 1 Permit photos to be embedded where youd like them to appear Like Blogger does 2 permit multiple photos to be selected so they can all be uploaded at one time At present I have only been able to upload one photo at a time 3 Be able to add attractions or places visited even if they are not in Travelpods data base 4 Be able to share to people in your address book from the appwithout having to go to the website Its a new appIm sure TravelPod is working hard to improve              Great Travel Log

Its blogs records locations and accepts pictures For its mobile functionality and features its doing a pretty good job                 Smooth and Easy

I just started to blog a trip and learned while on the road I wish it didnt need adobe flash to change the main picture because my iPad and iPhone dont have Flash I am getting good feedback from my app so something is going well              This app is easy to use

Ive just started using this app and Im pleased with its performance and ease of use I wish there were more attractionsrestaurants listed that could be reviewed at present its mostly hotels Maybe users could suggest new places be added              Great app

Downloaded to test it out before a road trip It wouldnt allow me to put a location in for where a photo was taken and it could not be saved until I picked from a list that had nothing to do with the location Okay so tried another and had same problem Trying to stick with it I created an account thinking maybe that would help Then it crashed and would not reopen Its now uninstalled     Travel Pod a bust

I used it to memorialize my first vacation 12 days in Orlando FL doing all the WDW parks After your done blogging you can order a keepsake book compiled by the website that is super affordable                 Fantastic

Travelpod in general lacks features youve come to expect It doesnt support foreign languages well especially when you share on Facebook It doesnt allow you to input place names and finds them when you want to list places you visit rather than stay at What if you re staying in one city for a while but want to pinpoint exact locations of places you visit No strong support in that           Does not handle some items well

I bought this app in preparation for a big trip to Europe this summer Each evening I sat and blogged about the day and easily added a few pictures to keep family and friends up to date I love that it inserts a map of the place from which you blogged as it presents the update There seems to be one bug because when you first type the entry it lists it as published even if you havent pushed that button yet OS I have had to unpublish and republish to be sure that the full new update gets published correctly Otherwise no problems at all              Easy and full of fun features

When traveling food is half the fun and an important memory Not being able to record where I enjoyed a tasty or not so tasty meal makes this app virtually useless to me        No restaurants

This is fine to write your blog entry but it really is miserable at uploading the photos Nothing like writing up your captions and uploading the pix to the app only to have it not sync with the actual website and then you have to do the whole thing over again        Ok for uploading text but not photos

This is a great app Easy to use and the interface with the web site is seamless Only reason it got a 4 is because its crashed a couple times and needed uninstalled and reinstalled              Great travel app

Love the app Great and easy to use features like the email which saves an overwritten entry when entries conflict The print to book feature is one that I am going to defienitely use Great job on the app guys                 The Traveler

Ive been using the app on my iPhone 4S for about 20 days Im very happy with the app the interface is user friendly it has allowed me to share my trip to Switzerland Italy France with loved ones The uploading of photos has been good as long as I have good wifi The videos take longer and I avoid having too many Im happy and am very glad to have the option to print when I get home              Happy Abroad

App has been crashing every time I attempt to open it for two months now Developers have to have given up on it cant believe its gone this long without an update or a fix     Please Fix

This was my first venture into blogging and I decided to try it during my trip to Ireland It was absolutely fantastic It was easy to write format add pictures and videos The only thing that was a little difficult was the iPad does not support Flash and the only way to change the order or edit your photos once uploaded was to use a Flashbased website Other than that the app was wonderful I cant wait to receive the book that Travel Blogl prints for you once your blog is complete                 Blogging Made Easy

First time using a blog and it has worked very well from my desk top computer Just left on another trip and only took my iPhone It has worked great I do wish I could use the microphone to enter text other than that it has done what was expected                 Great app

Strictly Travel Blog This application is a great addition if you wish to get your thoughts on paper if that where the case you should probably just bring a journal This app does functions separately from every integrated social media aside Facebook and Email this app does not have the capabilities to integrate with Wordpress Blogger Tumblr and other blog sites that have long since had that capability If your going to register and already have a Wordpress account I would suggest getting an app called Blogsy which integrates all Blogging picture and social media apps out now Two stars simple for creativity and graphics        It seems Okay

Just downloaded app for upcoming vacation Attempted to create blog from recent trip to learn app Every time I attempted to attach an existing photo the app died     Disappointed

We used travelpod to keep our friends and family updated on out rv trip across the country It was so easy to use Every day as I took pics at our various stops I could upload them directly to the blog and write a description of our day Im about to order the album This app is a great idea                 Great app

I used TravelPod on a recent trip It was basically just ok My main beef was the default locations for places you visited or stayed I didnt stay at ANY of those places and the limitations on the app to create your own location was annoying The sync between my iPad and iPhone and social media was just ok also Sometimes the sync was slow and pending for quite a while and a few times when I started a post and then didnt finish it I had to start a whole new post to be able to finally upload it to sync properly I will say that part of the sync issue was sometimes the lack of proper internet for me but that definitely wasnt always the case My advice to developers is to open up the app more to allow independent location posts for off the wall out of the way places especially when it comes to pictures That would go a long way for me to try it again Otherwise I will be looking to see what else is out there before I go it a second time           Not as Versatile as youd like

This is my first time blogging and Im having lots of fun with the app It would be nice to insert the photos in the text              Having lots of fun

Love TravelPod Was looking for an easy intuitive travel blog app for our trip to Costa Rica and this app fits the bill Couldnt be more pleased I can upload photos videos and share the posts with family and friends back home and Facebook Cant wait to turn my blog into a book upon our return Get this app Seriously its worth it                 Easy intuitive app

I created a travel blog for a current trip Each time I update I get a message that the blog will not sync with TravelPods server When I attempted to share it via email the link did not work So its totally useless     Useless

I love this app I am using it in London to document my trip and communicate my experiences with my family Its so simple and user friendly The only thing is I wish I could just add a bunch of pictures to a post at one time instead of going one by one and titling them all                 User friendly

Itd be great to be able to view comments on the app Also when trying to reply to comments on the website using my phone I cant click on the post comment part so I have to wait too Im on a laptop to reply to comments           Comments

Have used this on our last 6 trips and love the app along with the website and love the book you can produce Would like to be able to add contact addresses                 Love this app

This is a great app If you write a long enuf blurb it will wrap you pictures into it The ads are not obtrusive Works well for me              Blog

I am a person who downloads hundreds of apps and then deletes themthis is a keeper Tried many blog apps and sites before finding Travelpod A couple of great features one is the feedback The developers will answer you quickly and help you solve any issues fast The second is that you can add tons of photos which is what we were looking for Last night I added 60 from Mesa Verde Anyone who gave a negative review shouldnt be listened to If I can use this app and program anyone can I use the app and the website on my Mac depending on where we are and how good my wifi is When people visit your finished blog they will be impressed                 Great App Great Site Great Blog

I like being able to upload and tag my location easily but the share feature doesnt have the option to send to all in your address book I couldnt find my address book at all And theres no way to automatically share published posts that I could find so I need that capability              Pretty good but lacking key feature

I have lost count of how many entries I have written and had to rewrite because this app didnt save them properly Worst piece of coding I have ever come across This issue has happened to many others also Read the other comments before considering downloading This app is garbage     Worst app I have ever used

We took a month long trip to New Zealand and Australia so creating a blog was essential After trying several before we chose travel pod and it has been great Very easy to use and update on the road                 Works well

Only used a little so far but bummed all features are not avail in Mac version or iPad or iPhone Kinda limits usefulness           Ok but limited

This app simply allows you to post to your own blog You have to leave the app and visit the web page to change your own profile and it doesnt allow you to read the blogs of anyone you would like to follow Pretty useless at the moment     Not there

This is our third trip using Travelpod but our first using the app It works very well for us though we have to go to the safari edition in order to send notifications to our contact list              Third trip using Travelpod

Tried three blog sites for our trip and this was by far the easiest to use Able to edit or add days Our family enjoyed following along on the website Some things required trial and error but worked out fine              Interesting travel blog app

TravelPod is great to share your travels with family and friends I use it to allow the grandparents to join us virtually on our family adventures The iPod and iPhone apps are wonderful as I can leave the computer at home and travel lighter Photo uploading is still a little cumbersome It would be nice to select multiple pictures at once for uploading and then go back and add titlesdescriptions later                 Great Travel Blog Continues to Improve

I like the app but found it a little confusing I did two days of our trip last month and sent myself a test link The pictures I had inserted werent there When I tried later they were I abandoned the blog for my traditional journal for the rest of the trip Ill try it again on our trip this month I like the results and my friend has used it very successfully           Not Very Easy

I love this app I wish that the date part of it I could type in the date instead of trying to go through it the hard way of flipping through the months I have so many entries that are far back and would like to enter them in I am so glad that I saw the ad for this and that there is an app for it I can now take it anywhere and everywhere with me                 I love this app

This is honestly the buggiest and most frustrating app I have ever used On several occasions I have lost the entire entry I spent ages writing only to have the app not save it properly The developmentQA team should be fired and they should start again from scratch Appalling app stay away and use an alternative service     Unusable
