This whole experience really makes me sad Apparently this app only works when it wants to which hasn t been often and by often I mean not a single time I ve been trying for a week to register an account for myself without success There s no way to create an account and register a product online which wouldn t normally be a problem IF this app was actually functional Nor are there any dialogue boxes notifying me as to why my new registration attempts are failing I feel that this app and the extreme lack of product information given to customers is less than acceptable For the amount of money I just gave this company I am extremely upset and quite frankly would deter a friend from any future purchases with Trunkster I ve attempted every troubleshooting method I can think of unsuccessfully I did send an email to the support team though I m not holding my breath on a response Again This whole experience REALLY makes me sad     User friendly Nope Due wanna
