I too just spent 5000 on a new security camera set up The system seems to work well except for the app In have 6 cameras and can only view one at a time if I try to view 2 or more I get a warning Insufficient Memory I contacted interlogix and they said the app is not meant for iPad Mini I wrote back and explained again that I have the app installed on both an iPad Mini and a regular iPad each with more than 10gig available space thats it no follow up I never did get an answer on how exactly iPad minis and iPads are different besides the size This is very frustrating Anyone know of another app that supports interlogix cameras Poor App Support Suspect

The latest update doesnt works says database operation failed 1009 Not working

The app does basic function well but could use a few upgrades Most importantly being able to rename the cameras in the program Location based names are much easier to remember what they show rather than camera 1 camera 2 etc The camera should default the resolution last used for the individual cameras not always low rez Lastly there is a problem selecting bookmarks from the main landing page You have to access through the live feed button Decent but need a few key features

On a whim I checked if there was a newerdifferent app available for our TruVision Not only did I find this app it just worked No fuss provided creds and there you have it Have been flying this whole time in terms of access to NVR but found it super easy to discover and use Surprising good perf on video scrubber One feature request please provide access to configure the NVR from the app Super clunky to have to bust out the old school mouse and hook up to a VGA display Prefer configuring device from the app Good start Pleasantly surprised
