I found this app really helpful to keep me on track I do not attend a gym as I have workout room in my homeSometimes you can become unmotivated This really helped me Add some weights if this is too easy This app is OBVIOUSLY not for the guy that can do 850 lbs squats at the gym NO PROBLEMS ON MY END WITH LOADING OR CRASHING Not sure why people say they cant read the fonts Seems fine to me ALSO For the few who cant figure out to got to SETTINGS to reset your INITIAL TESTHow can you even perform a squat without someone there holding your hand                 Great motivator Helps you keep track

The app started out well but this last update has things all over the place The button to view the entire program is right in the middle of everything Start over and fix it properly     Worse and worse
I have all 4 apps push ups chin ups sit ups and squats Theyre all great minus one nasty little feature the shake to zero Just moving the phone resets the timer to zero and theres no option to disable it There is a dedicated option to disable a onceperuse spinning icon though which is totally useless                 Shake to Zero

I love this app and cannot say enough about it I am sore but a good sore I alternate doing this one day and 200 Sit Ups the next No results yet but I know if I keep incorperating this in with food eating habits and cardio and strength I will be fit in no time                 Love it
I really like this appit gets me doing squats everyday and it puts them in doable reps for my fitness level What I HATE is that a few weeks into my program it made me do a test again which I think is stupid to begin with thereby COMPLETELY changing the program I was on I had to reset all my data just to get back to the week and day I had been on previously Basically the test made me go from 119 squats per day to 229 after my test Thats too much of a jump and now all my data has been lost due to the reset Not impressed and will be checking out some of the other apps           Hate the test feature

I really like this app I had previously started the 200 squat program on paper but never finished because Id forget or lose my sheet The reminders in this app make it impossible to forget and no more lost papers I also like the rest timers and the graphs with the logthe timer makes it a lot harder to he distracted between sets and the graphs give a great visual that Im making progress                 Great app

Like the other apps Hundred pushups One fifty dips Twenty chin ups two hundred squats helps to keep accurate track of your sets Well worth the purchase price The recent update adds repeat current day which saves time having to go into setup to repeat the current day when I have a bad day The bad about this update is the export function does not work and I have grown used to exporting after each workout              Great way to track sets
Similar to the last couple of reviews I downloaded a few days ago and its not working at all After entering the initial test value the program starts at week 0 day 0 with 0 values for each set Ive reset a few times with different values above and below threshold of 30 but still have the same issues Please fix or issue a refund Thank you     200 squats app not working

Im on week 3 and already see an increase in strength and slimming of the thighs I do my squats with a Swiss ball between me and the wall I find this stabilizes my form better and feel less afraid of my knees going out My only suggestion would be to give people new to squatting that option Place a diagram showing them this option with a ball with the other diagram Also make the daily routine numbers bigger not the screens with the individual number and timer but the opening page you open for that day with the initial routine listed horizontally I like to see what I have tovdo before I start and its TOO small From a marketing perspective you would probably sell more of this application if you added a similar application targeting women and called it slimming thighs Great app Thanks                 Great program
Excellent companion to the 100 situps regimen Does exactly what its supposed to do I find I do a better job of staying on the program Note to those complaining that you cant customize the intervalstimers thats the point This app is married to a specific exercise regimen If youre not on that regimen dont buy this app                 Excellent companion to the 200 squats regimen

You launch the software and you are asked to complete as many Good Form reps of the exercise as you can there are no other options or buttons until you complete this initial test What is a good form SitUpPushupSquat They do have an example of the exercise but it is only available after the initial test Also why dont they just include a 3 second video of the perfect form exercise Otherwise I think these are a great series           Software X has a small but fundamental problem with their exercise software
Edited to Five stars since they corrected the problem with the initial test I use their push ups and sit ups apps and highly recommend those                 Excellent app and the deva corrected the testing bug promptly
I can do 855 lbs 30 times on the Super Squat Machine at the gym Somehow I doubt this will be much if any a challenge                 Interesting
I just finished 400 squats When I started the program 5 weeks ago I could only manage 50 squats Only 3 days a week and the sessions are not very long The program works and is definitely worth the price I do wish that the reps you do during the test days were added to the total reps done part of the app                 From 50 to 400
A swiss ball is an option but you really should start doing squats with your back as vertical as humanly possible if not vertical at least flat stick your chest out Hips back chest out knees NEVER should come past the toes Shins should be vertical or VERY close to it Knees should track direction toes are pointing DO NOT bow in at the knees And for knee HEALTH squat down ALL THE WAY Our bodies are DESIGNED for full range of motion it keeps the joints healthy and lubricated Other than that THESE APPS ARE VERY GOOD COME OUT WITH KETTLEBELL SPORT APPS JUST LIKE THIS 100 JERKS 100 SNATCHES 90 CLEAN AND JERKS LONG CYCLE                 Some advice for beginners
