Typing Class for iPad (Games)

I am trying to teach my granddaughter to type This routine works very well It has five games along with words and paragraphs to type Initially I thought I had a problem so I wrote to them and they responded very promptly As it turned out it was my problem not theirs An excellent routine and a good support team behind it JP                 Love the routine

A great tutor for learning typing moreover it a great game One application with different games to play and very innovative I love the graphic and the concept very different and catchy Worth buying it                 Not just a great Tutor but also a great gaming app

This crappy app wouldnt even load I want my five dollars back     Want a refund

Like this app but the letters are way too small There needs to be a way to enlarge them Also a way to control the speed I am using it with children some with special needs would like tones some way to make adjustments           Sue OT

I see how it would be a great app to introduce a child into typing the problem is that you cant turn the iPad sideways therefor cant have correct placement of the hands     Good idea bad execution

This app lives up to what it describes just that it still has some noticeable bugs like when we try to change to portraid mode when we are in the game the keyboard wont change its location Another suggestion is leave out the part where numbers are included Typing it on normal keyboard is one thing having it on ipad keyboard is another thing As we know we have to change the keypad to numeric keypad while typing so while some might see this as a challenge in this game I would say it is an uneccessary problem You have other ways to spice up the challenge but typing numbers is kinda redundant for me at least Other than that this is an enjoyable app and I can see it sticking to my ipad for some time              Interesting game comes at a little price

This is a bad program The keypad opens over the text that is to be typed Makes the program pretty much useless     Typing Class of iPad

Its more games than it is a class I would pay slightly more if it actually included a class or something along those lines           Meh

When i first saw this game what i can think of is the legendary typer shark and typing maniac in FB the graphic and music is ovrall ok but take note on bubble game worlds is slightly hard to differentiate when coming up from right side at darker background maybe u can change the words color to make it more visible at first when i play the first and second scene i was thinking its a bit troublesome switching the alphabet keypad and numbers keypad why not increase the difficulties by typing alphabet to workds and longer words after playing downward then i realise words is in another catergory but its really a bit trouble switching the keypad unless using a keyboard so far i like defence game n space game background more more colorful and attractive as for the other 2 it jus like youre simply getting a backgorund for it i notice the fish game in iphone version is actually under water why not using the same maybe u can upgrade a bit like some points penalty for typing error or some life to be deduct as for practice typing adding a auto scroll up after we finish typing the paragraph would be good for those who typing using horizontally as it will only show half of the paragraph overall its a nice game need improvement though hope more game like this would come out TAsk47z              Its good but still need some improvement

I considered giving this 4 stars because it is the only typing game App for the IPad I could find that has levels almost appropriate for the under 9 set However the games need improvement The font is too small The font type is a poor choice is it an l or an L Fix the fonts so the letters are large and clear For character practice use ALL CAPS There should be options for training that emulate the games They should be methodical first the home keys just the bottom row just the top etc I was disappointed such settings were not available Training should not be timed and errors should not be tallied Rather just tally correct answers and give options for total characters or words How about game that shows a keyboard and the player has to match the hit key or keys This would be ideal for a new typer Please consider an update Nevertheless if your looking for a simple program to get your kid familiar with the keyboard this is a viable option           Needs improvement
