If you are considering this software for video recovery forget it The app goes throught the process of recovering mp4 and MOV video files but the files are not compatible with any of the software apps or tools I use to process or convert video files It does fine for photos The thing that bothers me the most is their customer service I ask them to tell me what format the files are being written in and I would find a solution or tell me the correct procedures to recover and play video files or to tell me how to get a full refund No usable Response Not Good So Just be carefull There are not many reviews on video hence my review hopefully no one else lands in my situation after paying money for an advertised solution         Not a good option Dray511
