My SO deleted her pictures I work in IT and am fairly knowledgeable about UNIX and Windows systems It may have been faster to have gotten the pictures back on her SD by simply taking the SD card in and restoring the pictures but Hell Im lazy what can I say I purchased this software to restore the pictures on her SD card Guess what The app actually OPENNED but after that did NOTHING Just said Insert disk to restore or some such non sense Well the SD card was inserted it was MOUNTED and every other application I threw at it could see it Strangely this sorry excuse of code couldnt I gave up and purchased a different application that I NEW would work to get her pictures back And yes that app DID work So what is wrong with this one I have an idea that this application may be a SCAM a CON a FARCE Ive been taken for 47 dollars I hope to get a refund from apple and this application is REMOVED from the app store I am VERY angry I have wasted my time and money on this app     Seriously is this a JOKE or just a CON slobooger

Luckily it is designed to restore the external drive software I heard that their version is more powerful on their website but I do not need my files are missing in the external drive thank you                     So far so good Arlene King
