If a no star rating were available Id choose it This app reminds me of 1994 when I got my first ever pc and dial up If you love an app and a bank for that matter that is as technologically challenged as your grandma youve found it It really cant even be called an app as it pretty much directs you to the mobile website which is garbage too Its lags youre limited to just viewing your account balance and recent charges And it cant even do that right Instead of taking an hour to simply view your account go sign up with a bank that realizes technology is a thing Thats what Ill be doing     Terrible

The app worked fine up until IO8 This app does not work with IOS8 You need to update it Its been to long        Compatibility

If you do the smart and securityconscious thing by keeping your phone updated dont bother downloading this app it does not work with iOS 8 Between the lack of support for the standard iOS version in use in the wild and the inability to do mobile deposits the UMB version of online banking is quite a disappointment especially from a 10 Billion bank Dont waste your time with this one     Outdated and nonfunctional

Too bad I have to give this app a star at all When Apple updated to iOS 8 and how long ago was that this app stopped working completely Are there ANY developersprogrammers working at UMB This is absolutely ridiculous and I am one more customer they are losing Ive had enough Phone calls complaints letters They all fall on deaf ears Youd think a larger Midwest bank would be on top of things like this but that would be an incorrect assumption They were behind the times when they released this app in the first place one of the last banks to do so I guess modern technology and customer service is NOT a priority at all for this bank     HORRIBLE APP HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I do all my banking online This app was great until the iOS 8 update I also asked about check scanning service I get one every 3 months and hate having to go to the bank and was told UMB does not offer that Im seriously considering changing banks You have to stay current with technology     PLEASE UPDATE

UMB really needs to spend the money to update their apps If people are wanting to bank with UMB them give a little respect and keep everything updated so we can view our accounts whenever we need to     Bank needs to update

This app was great but hasnt been updated for iOS8still Youre losing the game UMB I want mobile support for my banking and am legitimately considering switching banks for this reason alone     No iOS8 Support

This app is straight garbage It does not even support iOS 8 It directs you to a mobile site I strongly urge you not to waste your time installing this app especially if you have a newer iPhone     Trash

Currently technology is not UMBs strong suit however they will have the app up and running by the end of the year Employees at UMB are living in the technology dark ages The Kempers owners havent been really vested in technology but now they realize theyre going to be forced into the 21 century Theyve recently purchased banks in several states in the southwest Customers of UMB will have a dedicated app better participation with other financial apps and theyll be adding remote deposit for their customers with personal accounts I decided to leave UMB and go to one of the bigger banks so Id have access to better technology including remote deposit I was a little apprehensive since this was a bank that needed to be bailed out UMB never took a dime of the bailout Thankfully I did not close my UMB account After three days at the bigger bank with better technology I found that their services came with caveats including a 4 teller fee plans to get rid of drive through lanes and forcing customers to use only ATMs Theyll be charging additional fees for those who dont bank online unless their accounts never go below 10000 and they were going to hold all deposits including my direct deposits for what actually is 3 business days Since Im paid on Friday checks are held for five days This would be in effect for six months Customer service was lacking to put it mildly so I high tailed it back to UMB and Ive no intentions of leaving again They will have an app which works and much better technology overall Give the app until the end of 2015 and youll have access to technology currently available at other banks plus the customer service and financial responsibility lacking with the big banks                 Soon to come

This app was great until Apple does what Apple does and updates its operating system When they went to ios8 the UMB app doesnt work anymore it just gives you a message saying this app doesnt support iOS8 please click this link to go to the website If I wanted to go to the web site I could with out the app This app is useless until they updated and continue to update when Apple does     Doesnt work with ios8

I was assigned a UMB account through my employers HSA program After changing employers I had intended to continue using the account at least through the end of the year mostly for tax record keeping purposes but I am so thoroughly annoyed by this application that I may just open a new HSA at my regular bank I have attempted to schedule a transfer from my UMB HSA to my regular banks checking account but the app will only let me transfer funds to and from the HSA itself ie nothing can be transferred into or from the account using this application I can only view the balance This makes the application completely useless to me Perhaps if all of your accounts were at UMB this application would work     Useless

This app doesnt work for ios8 Even when it did it sucked They really need to add picture check depositing and a bunch of other features that a million other banks have Lame     This bank is so far behind the times

I have updated my review It still does not have support for larger screens and is lacking features that other mobile banking apps have had for some time It works well to check your balances and review recent transactions but little else I tweeted their customer support and the keep telling me an update is imminent but nothing ever comes of it     Abandoned by Developers

UMBs mobile banking app stop working right about the time iOS 8 came out Ive been waiting patiently for them to fix it Words cant begin to express how disappointed I am Action will speak louder than words I intend to leave UMB completely if iOS 9 arrive and there is no update to this app That mean I will close my accounts and move to a new bank My wife and daughter will follow me as they have no choice in the matter Im the guy with direct deposits for our joint accounts Im just about done with UMB There is no excuse for not having this app updated right now Theyve underestimated how important immediate access is for mobile banking Immediate access has come to mean there is no need to get on a computer after a long commute home or to make a call just to listen to elevator music All I expect to do is open the app and see everything I need to see anywhere anytime The only thing UMB has that still impress me is customizable cards They allow you to add your own personal photo But thats not enough to keep me around Fix this app     Why must I say goodbye

Ive had my primary checking account with UMB for 16 years and Im dumping them because of the uselessness of this app and their lack of service Still doesnt support IOS8 and they have never implemented mobile deposits Even my small town credit union has that Ridiculous Dont bother getting this app Goodbye UMB     Done with UMB

I have been using this app since it has been released and theres nothing new with it Since the update to iOS 7 the app no longer works and sends you to the mobile site where you can do less than if you do your banking from your desktop How did they not anticipate The upgrade Its not like an apple release is a secret You cannot deposit checks by taking photos like most decent banks They charge you 10 a mo for mobile bankingwhich is free at many other banksand yet their app doesnt even work Im done with the app and Im done with UMB     Horrible horrible app

Most companies go from website mobilefriendly website mobile app UMB has gone from mobile app to mobilefriendly website only And that doesnt work to well so I use the desktop version only So I ask what company in the 21st Century scraps their perfectly fine mobile app to go to a horrible webbased mobile site Please return functionality to the mobile app     We live in the 21st Century right
