The previous app we used with our cams was great Then that app stopped working and was told we had to get this one Now even though the screen at home shows all 4 cameras all the time we can only see camera 1 about 80 of the time and the other three about 5 of the time Camera 2 is the closest camera to the base and yet we can rarely see it online it shows find on the base screen and only has a window between the camera and the base plus 18 feet I spent a lot fir the system and I expect it to work as intended By the way SmartHome has very good and reliable online cams Just saying Cr p App LaMarTEK

Upgraded to this app as was using the Uniden Guardian 2 app until my phone upgraded to the IOS11 Found this was the replacement Works just like it did with the old app I was using Unlike other users I have had no trouble switching between cameras My cameras are the UDS655 system with a UDSC15 that is a replacement so I am glad I found this app and it works with my cameras Works Great Gwags61

The range of the cameras is not very good so you ll need your station pretty close to cameras Their apps for viewing on IPad or your phone are outdated and don t really work consistently I would not recommend their cameras if you are looking for quality Useless MH2314

The previous version of the app worked better I can generally get it to pull up camera 1 but getting it to pull up any of the other cameras is a crap shoot Sometimes I ll get lucky and it ll let me see one of the other three cameras but usually I have to settle for just camera 1 If I m trying to see something on the other cameras the event is usually over by the time I can get the app to respond to my selection of that camera Please FIX it R S L
I see a lot of people are having problems with the app It always works for me but I give it 3 stars because picture quality really isnt very good Occasionally if the cameras won t display I unplug them then plug back in and everything works as it should Note these work fine down to 10 Fahrenheit Colder than that and they will freeze they start working again when the temp goes back up to around 0 Fahrenheit So far 2 winters in Wyoming and they still work outside Always works Joel in Wy

I like the hardware G955 easy to set up and works well Software is poor and needs major upgrade soon You need a Window PC to try set up an account and even then site worked so bad the day I tried I did not manage to do it A software update yesterday did not make one bit of difference Hope someone reads this as it has the potential to do a real good job and priced reasonably Hardware excellent Software poor

This app needs a lot of work After a couple of tries I finally got it to work However after a loss of network connection it quit With a connection loss you must go through complete setup procedures again This would be unsat under the best of circumstances much less if it had been mounted outside Needs A Lot Of Work
Got this app and when I opened it it only does one camera not the two I have hooked up So I am disappointed with this app Very limited
The system was easy to install gives OK pictures I guess adequate for the price but the app is very poor I find that I have to shut down the app to get out of pictures It is slow It is not easy to navigate from one place to another Perhaps if the previous reviewer thinks that those of us complaining have no idea how to use or set up this app they could direct those of us that do have problems somewhere to resolve them of learn Decent system poor app

If you have app cam23s that are more than a few weeks old I have 8throw them away the new app will not work with them Plus I would think twice about buying the NEW app cam23s They might come out with another app update and then youll have to throw THEM away too NO response from uniden Wish I hadnt updated app now this app is ONLY for HD app cam 23s
This camera purchase was an accidental one in the sense that it was marked down to 49 at a Target What the heck Lets give it a shot Set up was not difficult but do use the provided instructions if you are not familiar with routers wifi ect Within 10 minutes the AppCam app was downloaded onto my Iphone 6 plus and setup complete Yeah there is alot of bad reviews in here about the app and some about the camera but I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of video I am able to get on Sprint 3GLTE And that in itself is another story Overall I am happy with being able to check the video on my Iphone or Ipad Nice camera

The app itself has a lot of room for improvement What really needs to be fixed is the firmware to the portable screen that comes with the cameras It doesnt record when it it plugged in the pc So either I have access to my cameras everywhere and it doesnt record Or I cant see it until I review later A good system should do both Update your system Hasnt updated since 2013 Could be better
