I don t know if this happens because of my phone being old iPhone 5 but I often used the Instant Balance feature to get a quick look at my balance when I m in a hurry However every time I used this feature too many time roughly around three times in a row when try to check my account it would not let me view it saying that there are technical difficulties Even when I try to used the login on the app or even the website it ll say the same thing Now I have managed to get pass this by calling the bank and having them change the password but I don t want this to be an often problem for me and whoever may be having this problem too Either fix this or remove the feature entirely                 It great but there this one big problem Pryexel
