I was going to comment that I wasnt able to take pictures of the checks and deposit them yet But this new update should take care of that thats also what it says that we will be able to deposit checks now through the app So hopefully it works thanks Fix app
The app never works properly Its continuously down for maintenance network error or just too busy and try again later problems I use this app a lot to deposit checks and check my account It gets frustrating when I cant use it to do a simple task Needs fixed and fixed right App always down
Havent used it enough to get a good feel for it The font is a little large on the transaction view for a phone screen My biggest worry is that weve got a shiny new app and am wondering if the system will be down for it as often as it is for quicken signing in Overall the app seems nice clean and quite usable Havent tried everything Still in shock that there is even an app Thanks United I appreciate this effort OMG United finally did it

Wont accept my user ID and password even though I know both are valid as they are the same as when I login using their website Needs fixing Doesnt work

I just opened my new acct and was assured I would be able to view and print a copy of all checks deposited I dont see that option It just shows Deposit and the deposit slip not the actual checks This feature is on the web only and still only shows a deposit slip This is a very important feature that I need and the reason I choose this bank to start this acct with Slightly disappointed Need More Options
When I go and try to open the app it will act like it will open but it doesnt I go and try to open it again and it will open but doesnt let you put in your password I usually have to do this several times before it will actually do everything correctly Can open app but doesnt let you put in password
Finally United Bank stepped up their game and put out a significant app So far it seems pretty smooth Havent run into any problems yet fingers crossed Finally
I havent been able to use my app for almost a week now Ive called my bank Ive tried deleting and redownloading it and nothing Im very unhappy Unable to use app

When setting up my mobile banking it would not let me answer all the security questions So when I try to log into the app now it says it cant find my security questions and to contact my financial institution Did not setup properly
The deposit function is not showing all of my accounts and thus I cannot deposit into the proper account I did make a deposit and it worked but again not to the correct account Please fix Not all account showing up
