I was looking for an app for my daughter to do physical therapy exercises This app is very customizable and even includes a way to show pictures of the exercise You can also custom record sounds or your voice to go with the interval This is very useful I do wish there was a log so that you could track when you did the exercises and email that log It would also be helpful if you could share your interval set between the iPad and iPhone Thanks for all of the thought that went into this app Seems like it will work well JDfoto
