My family has used this app on three trips to Orlando parks over the past 6 years We ve used it in all the WDW and Universal parks and found it to be better more accurate than the parks apps We ve used it to plan our park days and saved a lot of time and aggravation Our greatest triumph was 2 years ago when the wait times to meet the Frozen princesses was always 150 minutes I kept checking the app and one time found it to be 20 minutes zipped over and got in and out quickly Made my 5 year olds trip This app is worth the money You spent hundreds on your park tickets spend the extra 5 to get the app and enjoy the parks to the fullest                     The one thing you need for your Orlando trip Melissa47

As somebody else reviewing mentioned when you re spending so much money at Universal s parks you want to be sure you get the most out of it This app provides great wait time information as well as ride tips and info that made our trip run much more smoothly rather than just running around the park blindly The reviews and menus for restaurants around the parks makes it much easier to find a suitable place to grab a meal Maybe the UI could get a small update but it does not in any way take away from the experience I m just particular                     Excellent MUST HAVE for vacation Eman25000

This app made our Universal experience much more efficient and fun Only 4 stars because the app design software and UI need a major overhaul It is not intuitive and not up to date with the current app building standards                 Their plans work like a charm W3lder

The wait times were over two times longer than predicted by the app 6 minutes predicted for the trolley when it actually took 26 minutes or 11 minutes predicted for the hippogriph roller coaster when it actually took 25 minutes Maybe today was a fluke but it was not very accurate or helpful for me     Refund please Sad family 257

This app is good for seeing a list of the rides and maybe seeing the relative wait times But then for free I can tell you that the popular rides will have longer lines than the less popular rides Was at UOR yesterday and IOA today and haven t yet seen 1 ride where the wait time was even close to right I have now waited 30 min in line for one that said 13 min and am not yet close to getting on the ride         Wait times extremely inaccurate kmnm

I love the WDW version of this app but the UOR version has very inaccurate wait times The chat feature is not useful because users are chatting about trip planning 6 months from now versus in park realtime events attractions and issues Finally the two apps UOR and WDW don t work well together Sometimes the UOR app pulls up WDW wait times and vice versa I would like to see capability to park hop in a touring plan Currently you can only plan for a single park It would also be nice if you could plan for WDW in the morning and UOR in the afternoon within the same plan SGTHATCH     Wait times inaccurate and chat Scratcher.KC135
