The designers may have preferred that I call it elegant and intuitive but all I could imagine was am I supposed to read your mind How about some actual English words or at least a familiar symbol for pull down menus such as a down arrow where you are hiding a pull down menu for double verification of password or the word logout next to a right arrow that could mean anything and not just hey you just signed yourself out of the app Also your new bill pay offers no way to arrange the most often paid orgs on top rather than on a long alphabetized list of dozens and dozens of potential payees Still I appreciate having the app and its thoughtful link to the browser website         Far too cryptic Ntakazana

I ve been using this app for months now without any problems to transfer money quickly between my checking and savings accounts but for some reason it logged me out today and refuses to log me back in The app crashes every time I try to input the security code but on the rare occasions that I ve been able to bypass it the app says that I used incorrect credentials which can t be true since it works on the website Not sure why it s been acting up like this all of a sudden but I can t use the app anymore because of it Hopefully it can be fixed Thanks             App keeps crashing Steph4398

Although it s an improvement over previous versions this app is still very limited It s slow outdated UI and no access to credit card I want to be able to have an overview and usability of all accounts including credit card         Slow and limited amashoppo

I m happy that we finally have an app the only thing is that it s a little bit slow and on a regular computer you are able to see pending transaction where you can t see that thru the app Other than that I m happy                 Finally neish from hawaii*
