Unmatched Air Traffic Control

After updating I lost everything All my purchases disappeared     Where is my money

I knew this game was updated when I saw the Blind Pilot Mode I was very excited to try this mode and thats when u realized that everything I had from the airports to the airlines were all completely erased I was pretty shocked considering how far I got only for everything to be wiped out I hope this is temporary I want everything I had back If not I would like a new free airport I do not want to start all over again Besides the memory wipeout I love the new updates Everything functions great I love the new Jetways Great new edition to this already amazing game           Great game but I lost everything

I like the game It is fun and kind of addicting if you are into the flight thing But it does lack basics There is no way to save so it is either you complete a mission which could take more than an hour for level 4 and above or get stuck on getting started all over again every time The plus side is that it is fairly stable and the several different aircraft carriers that you can add on to the game makes it really interesting Perhaps more real airports would take the gaming experience even further But this is off to a great start           Addicting game but needs basic improvements

They dont do anything to solve customers issues but just lay everything at the door of Apple Poor customer service makes the satisfaction on the game worse     Terrible customer care

I thought it was a great game until they did an update and I lost the 3 gates I had purchased Not it is like I have to start over except I can play lvl4     Good game until update

Lost all of my purchases Truly upset that I just wasted my money I recommend this game as a challenge but also the view of a tower controller This game is awesome I enjoy playing ATC4Real as a TRACON Controller but now this game as a local controller has gotten my attention and now I can go back and forth depending on my mood The graphics are cool but for enhancements I think a pinch zoom would be cool along with seeing the runway information or proceed to point type of control Also high speed taxiing hold lines or the ability to control the way the aircraft taxi would be cool Lastly add an abort takeoff option unlock gates as the game goes along and design from true airports For the most part two thumbs and I am happy with my purchase to the fullest        Satisfied purchase but lost purchases

This app is so much fun the animations are amazing but the levels are a little long It takes forever to make progress on leves that have 20 operations and only 3 gates available Not to mention every other aircraft has an emergency Not realistic in that aspect Make the levels a bit more user friendly and this game gets 5 stars           Fun but missing something

Each stage you complete all the money u have from earlier will be lost you cant save money to buy bigger purchase        Expensive

Great graphics Love the detail Not a bad simulation at all for the fact its working on a tablet Biggest concern for us types that cant wait and purchase coins from the get go a restore purchases feature As well as many others concerns regarding saved progress Maybe after a missed approach and joining of a downwind or circuit for a visual approach clearance All in all great app Job well done to the hours spent on programming Looking forward to updates that will take this simulation to the next level Maybe voice control like ATCVoice              Not bad but

After having the same problem with the upgrade I bought all airports gates and numerous aircraft I contacted the developer who said it was apples fault Last upgrade didnt do this Id stay away from this app until its resolved Otherwise I didnt see anything in the upgrade that seemed upgraded     Bad service

I would give this game five stars but your update was bittersweet Ive played this game nonstop for over a month and love it I was happy when I launched the game today to see MD11s were added but I lost ALL my airports and ALL my purchased planes and have to start all over again If I can get my progress back I will give the other four stars it deserves     Great gamebut

That bug that was supposedly fixed has not been fixed I got the new update and it completely reset my game I know have to start over because of this     Reset everything

Ill start with saying that the concept and development of the game is great I really enjoy playing it and it fits my already greying obsession with civil jets However I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the fact that the new upgrade erased my progress as far as purchased planes jetways and airports go Ive invested time into it and am not going to lie I feel cheated     Disappointed

You need to be able to update the game without taking everyones purchase and progressthe progress bugged me more than the money1 min I have all the gates 30 aircraftupdateI have nothingif it does that again I will move on from here              Great game

I have been playing this ATC game for a few weeks and it is the best iOS ATC Tower simulator Ive ever played I have a few suggestions and gripes Suggestions It is too hard to make money in this game Please make each takeoff put cash in your account instantly instead of at the end of a round Nothing is more frustrating in this game then accidentally pushing back into a taxiing airplane or accidentally clearing for takeoff with another aircraft on short final and losing all the money youve accumulated in the round ESPECIALLY when the longer rounds take 45 minutes to an HOUR to complete The one thing in real life ATC that is a get out of jail free card is the Goaround In this game a goaround is punished especially on level 5 This game sees sending one airplane around on level 5 the same as crashing 2 aircraft together the level is lost I get that the game should have consequences but ending the session because an errorprone human made a mistake in a simulation is too harsh and isnt fun I JUST had a session on Level 5 where I had a 747 Holding in Position waiting for the landing aircraft to clear the runway A random thunderstorm came in and prevented me from clearing the 747 for takeoff Seconds later an aircraft checked in on approach and of course the aircraft went missed and I lost the game I had 2125 departures and I lost out on 2000 because some of be rules of this game are so arbitrary frustrating and have nothing to do with Air Traffic My small gripes The 711065 phraseology to put an aircraft on the runway is Line up and wait or LUAW for short JO 711065 394 Align and maintain position is meaningless In real life when the headwind is stronger an aircrafts landing roll will be SHORTER Every single time there is a 15 knot headwind in this game the aircraft exit the runway at the very end very unrealistic This is a small nitpick but the 4 character identifier for some aircraft in the strip bay on the right side of the screen are wrong As an example Boeing 737200 is condensed to B732 a Boeing 747400 is B744 and a Boeing 767200 is B762 The A380 is A388 as well These shortened aircraft identifiers are found in the JO 711065 Appendixes It would also be nice if the departing aircraft cleared the strip bay on the right side of the screen sooner they tend to add to the clutter when it gets busy Overall I really enjoy this game and I want it to be as perfect as possible I wouldnt have written this longwinded comment if I didnt care Keep the updates and hard work coming           Very fun game my gripes and suggestions

I lost my planes gates and money after the update    

Well not the fastest 20 Ive ever lost but close Real bummer too as it was fun wont play again or at least until I get refunded upgrades back        Lost everything

As with others I loved this game until the upgrade and everything was reset except how far I had progressed All the planes and gates and airports were back to square one Some have spent many hours earning those coins to buy things in the game and lost all of that as well I put in hours too It then spent real money for coins to allow be to progress a bit faster so I could also earn more I want all my coins and purchases back or this has suddenly become a game that isnt worth the money and time lost I dont care to have my money stolen in this manner Do you hear us developer     Lost Real Money Too

I really enjoy this game The graphics and realism are incredible I just dont like the fact that their is no option to save your progress You exit the game and come back and everything has to start all over Hopefully they fix this problem in a future update              Progress and Save Option

The in app purchases are more expensive than any comparable game But even worse when the game updates or you reinstall there is NO WAY TO RESTORE YOUR PROGRESS OR PURCHASED CREDITS I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEVELOPER AGAIN     Absolute fraud Dont buy

This is one of my favorite games I really like the gameplay and the graphics are great However I recently did an update and all of my progress and money are gone I actually paid money and had over 10k available for purchases and that is gone as well I sent a message to support but have not heard back I hope that this issue gets resolved and we can get a credit for actual money lost on the game           Progressmoney lost

I love this game on the next update please add a another airport terminal the one that we have does not support the needs all the airlines Please add more gates not a enough for the planes that are coming in 7to 20 And please add more airports and levels up to more then five take it up to least 25 thanks so much              Jesse

Hi I really love your game please consider putting your app on Amazon App Store it I really theist ATC game out there and I use the kindle HD fire if you asked about Amazon ATC games they would say what ATC game but I tell if you putt this game on Amazon App Store they would run over because they are hungry for the best ATC game out there and yes Im a 53 year old men not some kid I got a very busy day thanks again for a great ATC app                 Nothing but the best
