When I open the app it tells me I need to update so I click on the update button which takes me to the App Store but there is no update I clock on open and it brings me right back to telling me I need to update Please fix ASAP     Update Nicoleon Dynamite 1983

App is completely inaccessible When I click on the app to open it a prompt appears indicating that there is a newer version of the app available and to click here to download When I select the link it takes me to the same version that I already have which will not open Using the iPhone X     New App Not Avail 11 26 16 msl196

I provided the information requested weeks before my leave began and still there was a delay in everything Absolutely awful service     Very dissatisfied Hardypartyoffour

So first they had wrong checking acct then it tooks weeks of them to correct it Which affected my next pay And then nobody could give me a solid answer when I would receive money I will cancel this policy hopefully when I return to work This awful things are being shut off I even had to apply for govt assistance because I have yet to be paid                 Shut off notice KY_Gently

It s fine for what it is but that s not much I would like The app to replace the insurance card To show all types of coverage that I personally have I would like to be able to find providers through the app         Needs improvement CallMeCrazyMN

I pay for this short term and long term Disablity services out of my check and man when you finally need it and you a claim they refuse to pay you like really why do I have this coming out of my check I had hernia operation and the refuse to pay for your short term leave lol this is a joke of a company and if your jobs offers this you should refuse to pay for it Bottom line just save a little money and pay yourself out of that when something comes up 3 words class action lawsuit     Worst Company EVER BidDdaddyonly1

Finally was able to log in I see the claim but can t do anything with it     Doesn t work Meerkat of the Rockies

Every time I log in I get an error saying to try again later This has been happening for me on multiple devices since their last update Please fix     Doesn t work Smackman82

I have had this app for roughly three weeks already and it worked maybe three times Every time I go to use it it says error try again later     App never works Bray31

App does nothing takes you to the claims and leaves screen that displays you have no claims or leaves there is no option to file a claim I can look at my profile and contact customer service that s it     Can not start a claim mschlo3

There is no way to start a claim on the app I had to go to the website to do that So all I could do on the app was look at any claims that had been filed Disappointed     Pointless Shechap
